Since the 2008 recession Empire have started to now provide Executive Private Hire taxis as well as a providing a luxury chauffeur service.

Irfan Rafique is experienced enough to look after the company, having previously worked for travel industry and has experiance in the car hire business and has been involved in providing executive transport for high profile clients.
