Empatika constructed a wardrobe in my entrance hall and bookshelves in my library. The work was completed to a very high standard in exactly the amount of time they said it would take and left the flat clean and tidy at the end of the project.

I recently had a display unit and cupboards built in my apartment by Empatika and I am very happy with the result. The design, service and efficiency were excellent. Probably best was the care and attention to detail, particularly in the design phase. I would definitely recommend Empatika.

I had a TV/media unit made and fitted. I'd looked around for something I could buy of the shelf but nothing quite fitted - and I wanted this unit wall mounted and with all the wires fed through the wall into the back of the unit. The end result is great, it is very streamlined, and exactly as I expected, having had the detailed drawings done for me, I was confident I would get what I expected. The unit was fitted perfectly, the workplace cleared up afterwards. Many months later Tristan sent a photographer around to take some pictures, then on seeing our doors on the unit had very marginally moved out of alignment insisted he come around to adjust them. Now that's after sales service! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using them again in the future myself for another unit I want made. They may seem a little expensive initially, but really we are so happy to have exactly what we wanted, it's money well spent. A great company, also with a great ethos!

Tristan and his team installed a media unit and floating shelves in my living room and a bookcase in my study. Tristan went to great lengths to ensure the designs were exactly right before beginning work on building the units, and this showed in the precision of the final product. The team that installed the units were very professional and courteous and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. I'm really happy with the final product - it's of very high quality. Can highly recommend Empatika. They have built us a walk in wardrobe and bookshelf in an awkward space which is now very functional. All the process was very organized, clean and efficient. The disruption in our living space was minimal. We would use them again.

We got just the furniture we needed. So pleased to have some storage space that doesn't dominate, it is beautiful and compliments the room at last!

A year on and we continue to love our shelves and get many comments about how nice they are. We had our kitchen wall covered in floating shelves around existing furniture. Tristan designed the shelves and then they were put together. All very efficient. We opted to paint the shelves ourselves, this took quite a long time and was painstaking! I would suggest to seriously consider getting the professionals to do it!

We have asked Tristan and his team to build for us a large, very high buil-in wardrobe for our master bedroom as well as a glass cabinet for our bathroom. Both items have been built quickly and professionally, and it is easy to see the very high quality of all materials, from the beautiful internal melamine veneers (you can choose among hundreds of colours and wood effects), to the hinges, internal lights, drawer mechanisms and handles/knobs. Tristan is very knowledgeable, he will offer you several options for what you want to achieve and help you decide among them. Although not the cheapest solution for built-in furniture, with Custom Carpentry you can rest assured of a timely, top-quality product that you will enjoy for years to come.

Custom Carpentry built a large wardrobe and some media shelves (for TV/Video) in our Victorian home. We are extremely pleased with their work and their professional attitude from beginning to end (they were reliable, creative and flexible). Making contemporary cupboards for a lounge in a Victorian flat. They are definitively excellent quality and function perfectly. They are not cheap and hence my view that we got what we paid for.
