LIFE is a unique indoor fitness facility, housing a mix of niche and specialist disciplines all under one roof. From pole and aerial arts, to functional fitness, our purpose-built spin and aerial studio offer the best equipment on the market and we have the highest standard of teaching.

We are also home to the best Les Mills programmes and functional fitness coaching. Whether you are new to functional fitness, a Les Mills regular, or an aerial fanatic LIFE gym has classes for all abilities, from complete beginner to elite training. Our facility opens up specialist training to everyone. We are not a big chain gym and pride ourselves on that personal touch.

Whether you are looking to get stronger, fitter, or just take some time for yourself, there's definitely going to be some aspect of LIFE you'll love. We have a great mix of unique classes and training on offer, including open gym training, and our sauna and steam room, which is included in all of our memberships.
