Ellinors Ice Cream

This was the second time we have used Elinor’s Ice Cream. They are always extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The ice cream itself is excellent. Everyone enjoyed the products. Will definitely use them again.

We used this company for an outdoor family party catering for around 150 people. From the outset this company were organised and on the day the van that arrived was punctual and immaculate. The driver Robert was polite, professional and accommodating and did a great job serving our guests and especially keeping the kids happy! The range of ice creams was vast and all delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company who were a pleasure to use.

We used Ellinors ice cream van hire for our private event (birthday party) in June and they were punctual and offered excellent value for money. Ashley was lovely and really served our guests well. We particularly liked the varied choice of ice creams on offer. Many of our friends said it was an inspired decision to have this type of catering and I think there will be lots of repeat bookings. Ellinor's Ice Cream vans were booked to come to our event just a few days beforehand. Diane in the office organised all the correct, up-to-date paperwork within hours of the booking [event organisers will know what a nightmare that can be! The 2 vans that came were spotlessly clean, as were the 4 people operating them, who were polite, friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again and would recommend them.

We hired Elinors Ice cream for our wedding in June. What an amazing treat to have at our wedding, our guests loved it. Robert was fabulous with everyone especially my 5 year old grandaughter. He let her make her own ice cream and her face was the picture of happiness. Robert was so helpful and polite. The variety of ice creams were superb. Elinors Ice cream made our wedding day a real day to remember.

Excellent service throughtout, from before the booking to the day of the event itself. Wonderful staff that offered support and clear guidance when needed. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Mark and his team were 100% professional from the moment I made contact. On the day, they were absolutely superb - turning up and setting up their very impressive catering unit and ice cream van. The quality of menu and food was far better than I had anticipated and all our staff and guests were genuinely delighted! I can't thank Mark enough and would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Elsinore ice cream company came to my son's wedding recently. Lynne, who operated the machines, couldn't have been politer or more helpful. There was a great selection of good quality ice creams ; and a real success amongst all the guests. Thank you. Ii have no hesitation in recommending both Lynne and the Company.

We needed to service about 1500 high school students in about one hour. We had 4 ice cream vans, one burger van and one pizza van. They were punctual and helpful. The food was excellent (both staff and students agreed on this) and the students were very pleased to all be served in the time allowed. We will use them again!

I would like to say that we were very happy with our ice cream van at Fruit Focus, the customers loved it and it was different to any other stands. I must say that Ben was absolutely fantastic and is a credit to the company. He spoke with all members of staff, was extremely polite to customers and had a smile on his face all day!

Our events are held generally in East Sussex and Suffolk and even though Ellinors are based in Kent I would not go anywhere else as their services is superb. The feedback from people who have their ice creams or pizzas are very positive.
