I am a Local Estate Planner for Lawcomm solicitors and help and assist local people with a variety of legal services in the community. I pride myself on delivering an excellent personal and professional service with the very highest standards in customer care. Meetings are conducted in a friendly and relaxed manner and at times can be very personal and emotive. Many clients actually prefer the consultation in their own home, residential home or at a venue in which they feel comfortable. This is the environment where they feel safe and secure and with no time constraints nor the hassle and cost of travelling to a solicitor’s office. I understand the need for routine and familiar surroundings for some clients and also I ensure all clients understand and ask questions when they have concerns, or simply need reminding. I offer a free consultation to establish individual needs and offer the following services:

I can also introduce you to other services if appropriate including:

Client meetings enables me to ensure that they are fully aware of all the options and solutions available for their personal circumstances. It is then entirely up to the client if they wish to pursue any of the options available. It is their informed choice. All clients are treated as individuals, so that their rights and choices are respected.
