I booked my chevy g20 van in because the fuel injection was playing up, was told by the boss, sam the best bet would be to fit a carb, it will take a week! 5 months later I was told to take it away its finished! Over the next month I returned with the van around 10 times, due to 2 major oil leaks, noisy fuel pump, cruise control not working, tick over too high and eratic,gear changes were too late no kick down, engine over heating in the red, water reservoir bubbling up and gear box over heating due to not using the correct linkage on the new carb. After rendering the van almost useless he refused to work on it anymore, 1 week later a loud rattle started emanating from the engine, on taking it to another garage they told me the engine was now useless and now I've had to buy another one costing me over £3,000 with labour, so I would advise any one to steer well clear as he has taken no responsibility for whats happened and everything worked perfectly before he got his hands on it ( apart from the fuel injection). I could go on but it would take for ever. I ve heard from other garages that he was phoning them asking what to do. So I'm convinced he didn't know what he was doing, which is now evident, as I said if you value your car steer clear.

Very helpfull /explained the costings before carring out the work / and the available options for the work to be done. Collected and returned the car after work was done. Flooded engine in the bad weather.
