My son lost his car key recently stranding him in Worcester. Terry rearranged his schedule for the morning and was with us within 30 minutes. He came highly recommended by a friend and from the outset it was clear that he knew his stuff inside out ! He got us on our way in quick time. I found Terry to be very personable and an excellant professional. I felt he was refreshingly honest and he made the process a smooth and enjoyable experience. He cut me 2 keys for my tricky polo. There was no damage to my car and the price was competitive and cheaper than VW! I have no complaints at all and I highly recommend him.

Failed lock on Range rover, telephoned Terry who came out the same day. Very helpful, reliable and efficient. No damage caused to vehicle, even showed me which part needed replacing in the lock. Would highly recommend.
Response : Thank you for the review SandraSandra owns a Range Rover Vogue which she was deadlocked out of, The remote control had failed, also the key wouldn't unlock the only lock on the vehicle as the door lock had failed as well. After losing my car key, Terry from Elite service centre came out on a sat evening and made 2 new keys which he cut and programmed them for me, I was so pleased as I had a friend's husband funeral to go to on the Tuesday and didn't want to miss it. Second time I've been helped by terry would recommend to any one 100% for any car van electric starting problems thank you so much for your help.
Response : Jason called me about his Volkswagen Crafter (which is essentially a re-badges Mercedes Sprinter) The key would not turn the in the EIS (Electronic Ignition Switch)so the vehicle could not be started, It turns out that the Key and Switch were not at fault, but the ESL (Electronic Steering Lock) was the issue and not disengaging to allow the key to turn. The solution was to remove the locked ESL from the steering column and wire in an ESL emulator to the wiring loom. Once this was done the vehicle started as it should.

Response : Glad to have helped retrieve your keys locked in the boot of your 2010 VW Sirocco. Lorraine had a recovery company out prior to calling me, not only did they fail to open the vehicle, but caused some power setting issues whilst trying, one issue was that the drives side power window would not close fully, so using diagnostics I was able to identify the fault and correct the coding settings. This wasn't part of the job. But offered the service as a free bonus.

Response : Thanks for the mention. Colin had no keys for a Yamaha R6 and would have been very costly at a Yamaha dealer. Keys were made to the ignition lock, and a Red Master and two Service transponders were made to the Moric immobiliser unit at a fraction of dealer cost. Terry (the auto locksmith) is friendly, reliable, great value for money and is absolutely fantastic at his trade. I had been in touch with a few auto locksmiths about getting new keys for my kia and they were extremely unreliable and overpriced, terry had the job done within the hour I wouldn't recommend any one other than him to anyone needing an auto locksmith. Response : Thanks for the comment Gail. Not sure how you managed to lock your Nissan Qashqai key in with the engine running, but all ended well. Now you have an extra remote key programmed also at a reasonable cost.
