Would highly recommend Eliments, we are delighted with our new front door and the excellent service received from start to finish. Good quality product and a professional team who go above and beyond.
Awful experience from start to finish. This is solely from my personal experience with Eliments and is an honest review of what has happened. Just a constant battle, too many negative things to list as it would be a novel. They installed this decorative crown incorrectly/uneven and the wind blew it off and now have a flooded conservatory. They are blaming the "storm" but I have a £200 gazebo that managed to withstand a storm that Eliments conservatory could not withstand. Their engineers would start late, finish early. They swore in front of my children. They dropped shattered glass all over my drive resulting in car punctures, which they would not pay for. This review would go on and on and on. I run a business and would simply never dream of treating my customers the way Eliments have treated me and my family. In reply to Eliments reply regards Storm Eunice… I relay once again, a £200 gazebo built by myself managed to weather the storm that Eliments conservatory could not weather. The insurance assessor has reviewed the damage and confirmed that the roof strip and crown were not fastened correctly. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with by a long long way, right from the director down to the "technicians/engineers" who seem over qualified in swearing in front of children and under qualified when it comes to actually building a worthy conservatory. UPDATE: 7/10/22 CONSERVOTORY STILL LEAKING DUE TO IT RAINING.Moreexpand_more
Response : Thank you for your feedback. As explained many times Since the installation of your conservatory back in 2019 we have had some extreme weather conditions but this latest Storm ‘Eunice’ has been classified as one of the worst storms we have seen for quite some years. This storm has left quite a bit of devastation in its wake in & around York. I am not surprised to hear the storm has managed to rip off the ridge cap from your conservatory despite it being fixed down from the inside with the fixings provided by ultraframe the roof manufacturer. We install all our installations to the specification specified by ultraframe in their installation guide. Eliments is recognised as a Ultra-Installer and has been for quite some years now, this is ongoing assessments by ultraframe throughout our membership to ensure we maintain our high standards of installation. Sorry you feel frustrated and think we should cover the damage caused by the storm under our warranty. We have explained the product is not faulty nor has it failed to perform it has been subject to extreme circumstances that has taken it beyond its capabilities to hold on. We have advised we are happy to repair the conservatory for you but you need to contact your insurance or you will need to cover the cost yourself. if you are suffering with leaks from the work you had done by others it is unfair to be passing the blame onto eliments you really should be takeing this up with the insurance company or the contractor you used.To repair the roof. We still are offering to help you so please contact us directly we will be more than happy to help you resolve the issue you may have.Moreexpand_more

I had a new composite door fitted 3 or 4 month ago by Eliments and having just seen another review thought I would just give a different opinion based on my experience. I found the service and quality to be of high standard despite having a delay in my installation due to a supplier delay problem, which was out of their control, they communicated as soon as they knew and went it of there way to arrange another date as quickly as possible. I had been recommended to use this company by a friend and was not disappointed.
Response : Thank you for your review and your comments its much appreciated.

Eliments replaced an existing roof lantern. The new lantern is fine, but the quality of the workmanship when fitting the plastic guttering around the lantern was abysmal. Guttering not fitted to the retaining clips; and not joined correctly causing water leakage. I wrote to Richard Sample, and sent photos showing how bad the guttering was. He sent various workmen (probably about 6 separate visits)who were supposed to sort the problems, and as I write this review another workman is trying to remedy the problems. To make things worse one of the workmen caused a leak and the water penetration has caused about £250 worth of damage, which I will be expecting Mr Sample to pay for. I have invited Mr Sample to come out personally to inspect the problems, but he refuses to do so. All in all this has been a very negative experience, made worse by the lack of input from Mr Sample. He has had many opportunities to come and see for himself, and to rectify things, but it seems customer care is not a priority for him. I will upload the 1 image your website permits, but there are many many more that I sent to Mr Sample. Avoid this company.Moreexpand_more
Response : Disappointing to see your review mr wood, especially when we are still supporting you and helping you with your old existing leak, we was contracted to replace your roof lantern because it was leaking and we have replaced it and your leak is still current and we are still supporting you to find your leak in your old roof ! ! I would think that is very good customer service wouldn't you ?
