Elemeca Ltd is a Cardiff-based engineering consultancy working with clients across aerospace, defence, motorsport, energy and industrial sectors. Our directors are Chartered Engineers (CEng MIMechE) with backgrounds at Rolls-Royce and Renault Formula

- Concept and feasibility studies establish whether an idea closes before any tooling spend.
- Mechanical design produces parametric CAD in metallics, composites and polymers, with manufacturing-ready drawings to ASME Y14. 5-2018.
- FEA covers structural, thermal, modal, fatigue, non-linear and composites analysis CFD covers internal and external flows, turbomachinery and thermal management.
- Composites design runs from layup schedule to mould.
- Forensic engineering provides independent root-cause investigation for mechanical failures, wear and rotating machinery faults.
- Systems engineering, GDT audits, technical reviews, and bespoke AI engineering tools complete the offering.
- Rapid prototyping is delivered in-house when possible in our South West workshop, using CNC milling, turning and 3D printing.

We work with start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and direct primes. Engagements run from a few days for a focused technical review through to multi-month programmes.
