Would never use this company ever again. Purchased a tv from them less than 4 months ago. Screen was going funny. Sent it back to be repaired and conveniently it’s been damaged in transit. Supposedly my fault for not packing it properly. Having looking at the photos the casing around the tv looks like it’s been prised open. Can’t see on any planet how the casing would pop open in transit. Then to top it up I had to pay for the repair. Companies a joke.

Absolute Joke of a company! Paid good money for a TV that broke after just 3 months. Sent back TV for a refund as agreed and keep getting fobbed off why they can’t return my money! Avoid these cowboys at all costs! Also their Customer service stinks and I have never dealt with such a corrupt company like this one! Avoid Electrical Deals/ Clearance World/ or whatever they like to be known as at all costs!

Went in this shop on Saturday with my dad to buy a tv and I could not believe how ignorant and obnoxious the sales man was I felt that I had to apologise for asking for his assistance and when I did his reply was "it's ok I'm trying to watch gordon Ramsey but I will watch it on plus 1. My dad still purchased the tv as it was value for money. Whilst there my wife bought a toaster. And kettle. When we opened them on Sunday we found them to be dirty with food stains on the outside of both of them. I took them back to the shop and low and behold it was the same assistant as Saturday. He opened them and tried to tell me it was anti bacterial marks (bull). Then he threw them down and said there was nothing wrong with them as they a B grade (not anymore as they probably won't work now). Then I got a refund for them. He was the rudest sales assistant I have ever encountered so much so if the store didn't have security car as a probably would have cracked him. Well done for front of house appearance. The guy around the back of store that helped load the tv would have been my choice for front of house.Moreexpand_more

Great Company to Deal with, bought 4 TV's from here now plus other small items. Had a problem with 1 unit which was resolved straight away quickly and professionally. Recommend them to friends and family looking for home entertainment as the staff in the shop gives great advice and knows their product range well. Highly recommended Company and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.
