EJS Counselling and Psychotherapy offers counselling to clients throughout Suffolk. His private practise, is based in Cavendish (Sudbury) on the Essex/Suffolk border.

As an experienced qualified counsellor I am experienced at working with ADULTS, CHILDREN and ADOLESCENTS and COUPLES.
In my counselling training I have developed a skill set which includes; integrative talking therapies, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, interpersonal relationship therapy and attachment focused therapy, alongside expressive art and play therapy techniques.

Counselling support in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space for the following.
Anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, separation and divorce, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, gender identity, self harm, OCD, PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, bi-polar, long term illness, addictions, work/life stress, school refusal, bullying.
