We rang up and placed an order over the phone for the value of £25. For this amount you can normally expect a lovely bouquet. We however were extremely disappointed! I left the shop feeling quite upset and said to my friend I am not happy with this and he felt the same! We then showed 2 of our work colleagues to which they all agreed! So 2 colleagues returned to the shop stating the reasons for their disappointment and we received a new bouquet, but the customer service was awful from the lady in the shop! She was not happy, but we are the customer and we are entitled to our opinion! We will not be returning to the shop.
Response : Dear Stacey, Thank you for your review. However, I am somewhat surprised at your criticism. I remember you coming to the shop to collect the flowers. As you left, I sensed that you were not happy with the flowers, though as you did not say anything, I thought perhaps I had mis-read you. When the young man your colleague came back with them, I was unsurprised, but happy - better to have a satisfied customer who leaves the shop, than have them tying themselves in knots if disappointed. Whilst your colleague was waiting for the florist, (to make you a new bouquet), took the time to show him the varying size difference of bouquets available for the same money, hoping to see if any was more to taste, to which he responded ‘I’m just the messenger’.
We have a ‘no quibble’ guarantee - if you are unhappy with anything that comes from our shop, so of course we made a new bouquet for you and hope that it was more of what you were looking for. My apologies if my florist seemed unhappy. I suspect anyone would be unhappy if someone had said they were upset by their work. I would also reason that we have listened to your opinion you were unhappy you told us we replaced to your satisfactionIf there is anything else I can do to help the situation between us, please let me know.Yours truly,AlexEdith Wilmot Florist.Moreexpand_more
