Dave has recently done some decorating and other jobs for us. He always arrived punctually and worked hard and unobtrusively. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

David erected new fencing for us between our house and our neighbour's. He explained very thoroughly what he would do and the different types of fencing and wood available for the job. He then carried the work out very proficiently and professionally. I added the delivery of top soil to the job we had agreed and he arranged that for me and spread the soil much more efficiently and quickly than I could have done myself. We are very satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to others. First class service!

Dave was completely self-sufficient (despite our attempts to ply him with coffee), and just worked away busily without disturbing us. He is highly conscientious, and his attention to detail meant that everything had to be perfect (a small patch of render on our outside building was removed and then redone the next day as presumably it didn't pass muster first time round! ). Friends have since commented that they would use him having seen the work, and we certainly would do so again.

Have just had some decking put down, not your usual deck boards but I wanted it done in used scaffolding planks. This was no problem for Dave and he has done a fantastic job. The deck looks great and family and friends have commented on what a good job was done. Prompt service from him and most of all reliable service. He was there when he said he would be. Thanks Dave.

We have recently had all our internal doors replaced, hung and "Danish Oiled" by EP&GS and are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, reliability and promptness. In addition we have had internal rooms painted, difficult surfaces and shapes, and have again found the quality of job excellent. Previously we have had some garden paving and fencing work carried out to the same high standard. The fact we have given repeated business says it all.

Excellent all round! Showed up on time (even to the extent of arriving early so that I wouldn't be late for work) and carried out a number of jobs to an extremely high standard. Very easy to get on with, made helpful suggestions regarding various bits and pieces and I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in the house whilst I was at work. I would most definitely use Dave again, and I'd thoroughly recommend his work. *edit 19/06/2015* not very long after Dave carried out the work, we sold our house. My partner and I are certain that the work done by Dave was a major contributing factor to the sale.

I had some jobs that were only partly done and asked Dave to come see if he could complete them for me. It is always hard completing somebody else's work but Dave has done this to an exceptional standard. He arrived when he said he would, did the work and tidied up after himself. I am so impressed with his workmanship that I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work done and will certainly use him Again. I have displayed his leaflets and business cards in my place of work.

Having fixed one of our gutters we asked Dave to complete the major job of decorating our hall, stairs and landings. He arrived when he said he would, gave us a very competitive quote and completed to work to a very high standard. Really pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use him again.

Dave built us an oval shaped picnic table with benches attached. We gave him a photo of one that we liked but was of poor quality. From that photo he designed and built a superb sturdy picnic table that is built to last. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave. He is an absolute perfectionist who will only build quality items that are designed to last for a very long time.

David Walker recently carried out the cleaning and painting of the outside of my property. From the start, when he quoted for the work, to completion, he was most helpful and well organised. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Dave sorted out my ancient and neglected gutters and flashings. He was happy to fix what was mendable, replaced what wasn't, and made some very useful suggestions - the water butt was a great idea, Dave. The work is excellent quality, and Dave is really helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and easy to have around - all for a very reasonable price. I am so glad to have found somebody I can trust for the jobs I can't manage, and have already booked him to come back in the summer to paint the exterior walls and windows. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We have had new fences, heavy cupboards on walls and a new door measured, ordered, fitted and have called this company back to do work as we knew previous work was so good. All work has been top class with no mess left at all. Dave takes charge, finds solutions, deals with trades people, 'gets the job done' and to a high standard. Materials quality and the job is always discussed and checked. I would recommend this company and Dave to anyone needing a good job done and at a fair professional rate too. Very trustworthy.

Bedroom Conversion. Dave helped me convert a dark damp horrible bedroom into a lovely master bedroom , hes hard working , tidy and always completes the tasks in the specified time and within the budget quoted the jobs completed were. 1, remove damp damaged plaster and damaged artex 2, Remove the loft water tank and make good the plumbing. 3, Reline the walls and prep walls and ceiling. 4, Plaster the walls and ceiling. 5, Installing spot lights 6, Install new window sills and skirting boards. 7, Decorate including wall papering the main wall. 8, Hang the curtain poles and tie back hooks. Dave is a compitant tradesman that has a eye for detail , i would recomend him and I will certanly be using him again in the future.

I needed someone to refurbish my bathroom which consisted of removing all fittings and wall tiles, fitting a new suite including shower, under floor heating and tiling all walls and floor. Dave also tackled additional work with no hesitation. Dave was always prompt and all of the work undertaken was of an excellent standard and was completed on time. I will not hesitate to use Dave again, he is reliable, always turning up when he said he would as well as being honest and trust worthy. I had to leave the keys to my property with him as the job was undertaken whilst I was at work. A brilliant job by a trustworthy and reliable person. Highly recommended and will be used again in the near future to plaster a wall.

Fantastic work from Dave. We have used him on several occasions and I really could not recommend him highly enough. We have given him so many different tasks from painting, joinery, making new back door or making silly little window covers and everything has been done to a really high standard. His attention to detail and friendly and professional manner makes him stand out from the rest. He is trust worthy and reliable and our list of work for him just keeps growing!

Took down a rotten door canopy and replaced it with a hardwood version. Excellent craftsmanship, well-built and stands up to all the bad weather. All old materials removed and left in pristine condition.

Erected a false celling, insulated, plaster-boarded and plastered it. Dave arrived at the stated time and date for both the initial quote and to commence work. Professionally presented and a keen eye for detail. Plaster work was smooth and with an excellent finish. Room left clean and tidy, all rubbish taken away. Already booked for another job!

I have used Eden Property Services on several occasions. Firstly for the bestoke play house pictured above which was designed and built from scratch. My kids don't want to come inside! Secondly to decorate my living room which included wall papering, painting, building a fireplace mantel, installing 2 light fittings and covering the exsisting window sills. He also came back at a later date to assemble a flat packed dinning table and chairs me. He is a professionaland highly competant tradesman who was friendly flexiable and offered excellent value for money. I would highly recommend him and sure I will use his services again.
