About Ed Sirmbardis Personal Trainer

Do you want to workout but feel too conscious to go to the gym? Are you sick of losing weight just to gain it all back? Do you wish to feel fitter and Healthier?

Do you hate what you see in the mirror?

Do you wish you could wear clothes that are a smaller size?

Have you tried everything to lose weight but keep failing?

If one of the above relates to you, then I could be the trainer for you! Let me present you with an opportunity that can help you get answers to all the questions above. I offer a mobile personal trainer service which means I bring the training to you at your desired location whether it's at your home or at your local park.

Over the last couple of years I have obtained two main Qualifications that support my ability to be a personal trainer which are a Sports Coaching Degree as well as my Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification. Obtaining both of these has allowed me to become a more outgoing person and more confident in my ability to train people in different environments.

This is perfect because my mobile training services provides exercise at the comfort of people’s homes or their local park. There are people that might not feel confident enough to go to a public gym but still want to do exercise and I can provide that.

Ed is a knowledgeable and experienced PT. He immediately puts you at ease in the sessions and makes you feel comfortable. Ed is great at motivating and encouraging clients and has great advice about nutrition and diets as well as the right exercises for you and your goals. He begins with a thorough chat to get to know you and understand what you want to achieve, and helps you setup Fitness Pal and track your calories, if that’s what you want! Ed is flexible and accommodating and builds all the sessions around you. As a single mom who works full time and looks after my 6 month old son I couldn’t be happier with Ed’s training sessions! I honestly thought I hated exercise but my experience with Ed has shown me another approach and I’ve been surprised by how much I get out of it. Losing weight after having a baby is hard, but definitely possible with Ed’s help. Would highly recommend. ?.

I started training with Ed during lockdown. I am a teacher so I was working from home at the time and needed to get out of the house to stop me going crazy and Ed’s sessions definitely helped me. He tailored the sessions to me and my needs and pushed me to my limits and changed the sessions/workouts to keep it interesting. I would definitely recommend him.

Not being a social person I was looking for a PT who would be able to work with my health issues as well as my age and lack of motivation. Ed was happy to take me on and work with me. Initially I booked the 6 week course, during which my fitness levels dramatically improved and I lost weight. Ed is a cool guy, friendly and motivating. He tailors the sessions to your needs and changes it up to keep it interesting. Ed will also help you look at your diet and water intake. Overall its been a great experience and I will be continuing with Ed for the foreseeable future.

I started an initial 6 week programme with Ed to improve my fitness levels for a fitness test I had upcoming that I didn’t feel prepared for. It's been 2 months since I started training with Ed and I am planning to continue to do so. After the initial 6 week period I could already notice my fitness levels improve. Ed is a great choice of PT for me as I am too lazy to make regular trips to the gym and having a mobile trainer solves this issue.
