Finding a good plumber in London is difficult. Fredy is exceptional and exceeded all expectations! He shows up on time, he’s friendly and his work is thorough. He takes time to explain the issues and offers clear explanations of the situation. He fixed a number of problems we had with our plumbing and is an expert in his trade. Highly recommended to anyone who asks!
Fredy Ecua repaired my leaking toilet cistern. Straight after the toilet cistern wouldn’t fill properly anymore since there was debris left from his welding work in the pipe leading to it. He came free of charge and it took five minutes to get the piece of debris out of the pipe. The same happened a month later but he wanted to charge me for the work he would be doing and when I insisted that it was clearly still related to his work he stopped responding calls or messages. Further does he not advertise a three month guarantee on his work on his website? Not to mention the damage to my rubber floor through his welding equipment that he never even acknowledged. Very disappointed and would not recommend!
I would like to recommend Fredy from Ecua Plumbing. He is unfailingly punctual, always does a good job and his rates are competitive. When my boiler broke down he arrived on time and found the problem which required a spare part that needed to be ordered. When it was available he came and replaced the part and checked that everything was working. He left everything clean and tidy.
He was great. Very experienced - he managed to fix the valve in my tap by taking apart a new one he had in his van but that as a whole didn’t fit my tap properly. I think most other plumbers would have made me order the part and my tap would have been leaking for another week and I would have had a second call out charge. But he fixed it then and there. Also very clean and efficient and local to Hackney. Would definitely recommend.
Great service, highly recommended. We had an issue with our boiler and within a few hours the team at Ecua plumbing was able to come to our flat. The issue was clearly explained and we decided that it was time to replace our old boiler to avoid to have more issues. Freddy guided us to buy a new one and all the parts needed. He came back the next to install it. He did a great job. Very precise, quick and clean. He also gave me some tips to optimise the use of the boiler and save energy. One of the best plumbers in Hackney and cheaper than most.
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the quality of work done by Ecuaplumbing, a local company in Hackney. Danny was able to find the leak and fix it within the hour and they charged an affordable price for efficient work. I will definitely be using ecuapluming again for any plumbing and heating in our house. Highly recommended.
Fredy is always very friendly, professional and does a very good job for us. We had him round all day this weekend, he helped us save money on materials and labour, made quality recommendations, stayed late, barely took a lunch break, didn't take any other breaks at all, and left us with a top quality job done. I trust him for every job I need done around my house and have never had an issue. I would highly recommend!
Fredy of Ecua Plumbing did the gas work when I did a kitchen refresh at my flat and has since helped me also with some problems with my boiler. I can't recommend him highly enough. He has been very pleasant to deal with, very trustworthy and efficient. I will certainly call on him for future work. Indeed, I've asked him to come back and do a full service on my boiler as the work done by others in the past has not been reliable. Thanks Fredy!
First time I called ecua plumbing, having discovered a leak in my toilet. Very professionally answered my phone call and booked an engineer the same day. I was pleased with the service I received from the engineer who fixed my leak. I would highly recommend ecua plumbing they are professional and very tidy when they carried out my work. Thank you so much.
What can I say? A magnificent and honest chap is Fredy who delivered more than expected. Only requiring a dishwasher plumbed in he helped me re-arrange the kitchen and fixed other minor "nuisance" jobs without me prompting. A great chap, a great company, a great price and an excellent job. Thank you Ecua Plumbing and thank you Fredy. Will without a doubt be back when I need help.
I couldn't recommend Freddy enough! We were in a tough spot with a gas leak behind our cooker and Freddy showed up mere hours after we spoke on the phone, and sorted everything out. He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional, explained everything he was doing for my peace of mind and left useful suggestions to increase our home's safety.
I am really happy with the service I received from Fredy today he is really friendly and professional engineer. I felt like I could ask him any question, my boiler packed up! I have a old baxi boiler it has never given me problems before, Freddy was able to diagnose the problem first time, he changed the boilers temperature differential valve and domestic hot water temperature senser and got my boiler working again! I would strongly recommend him.
I had my bathroom upgraded by Ecua Plumbing, in September 2016, Fredy done a tidy job, changing all drain pipe, new bath tube, new toilet, new hand washing basin with a new vanity unit and new walls and floor tiles. I am very impressed by the quality work Fredy and his team done for me. I will recommend Ecua Plumbing to any one who's looking for a professional job done in a friendly way and at a good price. Thanks guys!
Fred Minchala came last year to fix a leak in my bathroom. Few days later we had to call EcuaPlumbing again, as there was still a leak. He "repaired" it and charged again for it. It wasn´t very much, but there was still a charge. Two weeks ago my bath flooded the flat underneath, causing great damage. I had to call an emergency plumber who confirmed that the waste pipe had come undone because it hadn´t been sealed properly. There was only a screw holding it. I had to pay 275 GBP for the emergency plumber. My neighbour is now claiming damages for personal belongings. The building insurance will only cover cealing and wall damages. I emailed Ecuaplumbing asking for some explanation, but I never got a reply.Moreexpand_more
