Installation of 18 solar panels and a 9. 5kWh battery. Ecocetera were one of 3 quotes I got for the work. Ecocetera were the only one who came to view my property before submitting a price. The quotation took slightly longer than the other companies but was within the timescales indicated during their visit. The lead time for the installation was approx. 10 weeks from the date of the quotation. I was offered a choice of installation dates and everything went exactly to the times they agreed, from the initial installation of the scaffolding to its subsequent removal. I was impressed by how smoothly the installation went, the quality of the workmanship and the appearance of the installation. Ecocetera provided a fantastic service, the product look great, the installation is very neat and Konrad and Jeannie were extremely supportive throughout the process, providing useful information in the best way to use the system. After extensive research, we chose Ecocetera to carry out our solar PV installation and we are very glad that we did. Every aspect from the information and administration to the installation itself was carried out with total professionalism and efficiency by the very friendly, helpful and polite team of Jeannie, Conrad, Jack, Dave and James. Dave, the electrician even insisted on washing our hall floor! They happily put up with and indeed took on board my nerdy optimum astronomical average sun angle inputs etc. Even the scaffolding aspect of the job was expertly taken care of. Everything was done on schedule (ahead of schedule actually, we were offered an earlier cancellation slot). We were completely satisfied. The price was also extremely competitive. We have used Ecocetera a couple of times now, firstly to install a car charger for us and then to install solar panels. Both times we have been impressed with their knowledge of the systems/ applications involved. All of the people we have met and had working here were really friendly and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Would 100% recommend them.

We had nine panels installed on our home this week by Ecocetera and they have begun generating power depot the January gloom. We were so impressed by all the team and in particular Conrad and Jeannie. The attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness all the way through the process was exemplary. The trunking required has been done neatly and securely, and the same internally around the fusebox. Thank you Ecocetera!

This company came recommended by our plumber. We sent an enquiry and received the following response: " I am going to have to decline this one. Having reviewed our schedules, we are currently fully booked until April, so are closing our books until the end of February. ". Not so much as "would it be okay if April was the installation date". Busy companies can quickly become bust companies. If this is a representation of their actual service, we are probably lucky to have had this response now.

Excellent service from initial quotation appointment, which has continued post installation. Installation team very professional, polite and tidy. Conrad pointed out a few issues with our electrics which he helped sort out and Jeannie helped us along the way with advice. Had several companies quote but felt Conrad and Jeannie patiently answered all our queries and we had confidence in what they advised.

Very professional and neat installation of solar panels, inverter and battery pack. Has been working well for over a month now and I have not needed the offered support as it was all explained clearly when installed. Very, very good!

Fantastic advice, installation and service. We couldn’t be happier. Jeannie, Conrad and the rest of their team have been great. We had a 6. 8 kWh system installed along with a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery for storage and iBoost for our hot water. We have also been using the power generated to charge our electric car, which is saving us even more.

A thoroughly professional and friendly service from initial enquiry right through to post install support. Both Conrad andJeannie are very knowledgable and happy to help with any question at any stage of the process. The install team were top class, this was completed within a day, and they left the place as tidy as they found it, probably tidier! This included replacing a couple of cracked tiles they found on my roof. My 4kW + iBoost system has been up and running for a month now, and working better than I expected. I would recommend Ecocetera without hesitation.

There was not a need for us to install Solar Panels but it is our contribution to the environment. Having decided to buy we were impressed by the good reviews for Ecocetera and they were certainly true because everything went like clockwork. A date and time was agreed for the work on our flat roof. This was kept to and the work was completed in one day 16 panels. I think one of the bonouses is not using oil for our hot water from April until probably October. Without hesitation I would recommend Ecocetera for their promptness and quality of work together with a competitive price.

Really happy with the service from Ecocetera. Knowledgable and happy to answer all our (many! ) questions; really appreciate the time taken to go through everything. We had a drama with our scaffolding (not ecocetera's fault) but Conrad and co handled it really professionally and worked late to get the job done on time. Great after sales service too; overall happy we went with them for our solar PV system.

Professional, excellent service. My 4KW system was installed a year ago. From the first contact with Jeannie and Conrad the service was very professional with a personal touch. Throughout the initial assessment and the quote, very clear and comprehensive information was given. The installation was carried out by Conrad and his team within a day with much attention to detail. I could not fault any part of the whole process and am very happy with the result. We have just passed the year mark and the system has performed better than was predicted. I would recommend Ecocetera wholeheartedly!

Have used them on 4 houses now for PV installations at various FIT payment rates. They supply a competitive product that becomes excellent when it is coupled with such good customer service. As long as the maths adds up will use them on any further projects I undertake.

In conjunction with our next door neighbours we had 16 solar panels installed on each of our roofs. The work was carried out on the agreed day with scaffolding erected and dismantled as appropriate by a sub contractor. Conrad and Jeannie Meyer were extremely helpful from our first meeting right through to installation and support afterwards. There was no mess left behind after the installation and everything has been completed as agreed. We are extremely happy with the standard of workmanship especially given a tight timescale, with the advice and support received, and the follow up telephone calls and emails. Would thoroughly recommend Ecocetera if you are thinking of having solar panels installed.
