About EC Counselling

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, low self-esteem or bereavement? I am a qualified and registered MBACP counsellor with experience in helping people with all of these issues.

Feeling heard is a vital part of a good counselling experience. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You can start with a free 15-minute telephone or video call to see if we are a good therapeutic match.

Although I am not qualified to diagnose Autism and ADHD, I am experienced in spotting neurodivergent traits, and can help you to develop new skills to work with your brain, not against it. Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just starting to figure things out, I welcome you into this space.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I draw on areas from different types of counselling, ensuring that the support I provide is personal to you and your needs.
