Stay away. I used this company to supply 8 m3 of concrete in Acton to form a base for a front yard to install pavement stone. Delivery was 6 hours late. No waiting time was allowed. Concrete was just dumped without any change to distribute properly. Quality of concrete was poor and look different to a concrete that suppose to be same specification I bought from another company. I was overcharged. Amount of supplied concrete was surely less than I paid for. Final bill included £150. 00 extra for 1 hour labour for the driver and another guy who happened to be in a cabin helping to push 2 wheelbarrows of concrete twice.

We aim to deliver to all our customers within their allocated 2 hour window and always try to keep our customers up to date and informed if we are likely to encounter delays. In regards to extra time for labour, we do not supply a labour service. We supply two wheelbarrows on our concrete mixers for our customers to use free of charge. Extra time is only charged if we are at a job longer then the allocated time to offload concrete. All payments are made once the customer has reviewed and signed our invoice, which details the amount of concrete poured and any further charges. Our customer service team are available to go over all charges and queries before any transactions are made. I used this company for the supply of concrete for for a basement job in shepherds bush. Main contractor syntec projects had cubes made and tested. The cubes all failed, they then had core tests done and sent for testing. The report from core tests showed that what was believed to be NOT BRITISH STANDARD CEMENT WAS USED IN THE CONCRETE MIX. I Had to break out bases and one sided wall and underpins. I had owner of this company come to site to see for himself the report and work being carried out to rectify the bad concrete. He was not shocked and agreed to help toward costs of fixing the problems. He went back on his word and told me he had good lawyers and to do what I liked. This company lead you to believe that the are associated with easyjet, orange lorrie etc don't get fooled. After stress and cost to me I have give up working for myself and this just walked away and made up a story on their website that was in no way represented the true facts. I could not afford to take legal action and they knew it. The lab report said that the concrete would break down within a short time. You informed us that you were not sure which concrete was from which company and with this in mind, there is no guarantee that the cube tests you received were from EasyMix. Furthermore, we should mention that as you were unsure who supplied you with the low standard concrete, you contacted all four suppliers claiming to take legal action against every one unless a large sum of money was provided as compensation. You also confirmed that if paid, you would withdraw all complaints. You also told us that you would constantly write negative reviews about us if we did not comply to your requests. Here at EasyMix Concrete UK LTD we have a strict policy regarding blackmail and never accommodate such demands. All our other reviews on Google+ and reviews.Co.Uk, are between 4 to 5 stars demonstrating that our customers are largely very satisfied with our service and product. However, if we ever feel we haven’t provided a customer with an outstanding service or product, we always rectify the situation. In this case we truly believe that we are not responsible for your low standard concrete. We have had many cube tests taken on our sites to confirm concrete mix designs, all of which have come back accurate.
