Absolutely the worst parcel service encountered so far. No regard for deadlines, they “forgot” to collect my parcel twice and the staff became irate when confronted about it. Avoid at all costs.

Parcel damaged at delivery, I don't recommend.

1 star is definitely waaay to much for their services. They DESTROYED my parcel, everything in the package was damaged/broken cannot be used anymore. After sending email after email they wrote back that is actually my fault. They said that I didn't use a carton box and instead I used a bag, that kind of bag that people from Oltenia use. (I DID USE A CARTON BOX). They kept lying that a perfume got broken and other parcels were affected, which is not true, the parfume was the only one that survived. They refuse to give me a compensation by saying that it's my own fault.

Hello all, I've been sending parcels with Eastlines for more than 8 years. They used to be nice people and cheap service but nowadays it has become smiling/phony and stealing service. They add money to the order without discussing, sending Paypal to pay without explanations. They've recently charged 2 bags as pallets, although none was over 30 kg when they left my house. They included a 20 kg parcel as pallet just because…you figure it out why. Shall never use them again, luckily.

An old customer, using the company since it wasn't as fast as nowadays and it was taking it somewhere around 2 weeks for your parcel to be delivered. I can say they improved a lot with their timings and quality of thier service but still lacking a whole lot. They issued me 2 different invoices with 2 different prices. An original in london, and an updated more expensive in romania when receiving the parcel. All that after the courier agent offered hisself to hand me the invoice so that I'll know the cost of service. But it wasn't so. So don't let yourself fooled.
