Eastbourne Osteopathy

As someone with an established practice as a therapist I am always very cautious about who I recommend to my clients. I am also passionate about taking care of myself in both the long and short term. In May, I found myself very much in need of some help from someone who thoroughly understood the complexities of the spine. By chance (& google) I came across Andy at Eastbourne Osteopathy. After a thorough case history and examination on my first visit I was hugely impressed by the different factors in my life that Andy took into account as contributing to my pain. It is so refreshing to have an osteopath take time over treatment and was given much useful advice for both myself and my own clients, to whom I regularly recommend Andy.

Before seeing Andy, I had been suffering from sciatica for several weeks. Strong painkillers had calmed down the pain but my movements were still limited and I was told I would need to wait several months for NHS physiotherapy. My GP recommended that I see an osteopath and I was able to get an appointment at Eastbourne Osteopathy at a short notice. I improved in just a few sessions and Andy gave me advice on exercises I could do at home to continue to improve. I recommend him to anyone.

After years of being ignored by my GP, I found osteopathy. My neck is now much better and only needs the odd tweak every now and then.

Lovely location right on the seafront. Great help for my frozen shoulder- solved the problem after months and months of pain! Treatments lasted 25-30 minutes, unlike a couple of people that I saw before where it was more like 5!
