I ordered repairs from the CCODE company, I wanted to create a play area. The guys tried to select all the materials and work technologies to suit my budget. The tiles on the walls and floor were laid well. The work was completed efficiently and on time. I recommend this company….

I recently ordered an extension to the house from the guys in the form Constructum Code. So that in the summer you could spend time with garden view, even in the rain. Initially, friends recommended this place to me, I studied the website and reviews, and finally decided to consult with the manager and ordered. They did everything on time and even faster, I was surprised at the quality of the work done, everything was just perfect, there’s nothing to complain about. I'm glad I turned to them. Great job for your money.

I sincerely thank the masters for my updated beautiful bathroom! A complete overhaul was carried out with the replacement of pipes, plumbing, leveling of walls and tiling. Everything was done professionally and very carefully. I am happy that I came across this site on the Internet! I recommend it to everyone, as it is not scary to entrust such a master with the repair of your home.

East London Lofts converted the loft of our Victorian terrace, providing us with an additional double bedroom and a study. The entire project was carried out with great efficiency from start to finish, including the initial visits, quotation, architect's plans and planning application. The end result was exactly what we had hoped for and ELL were very gracious/patient along the way, allowing us to customise elements of the plan as we went and adjusting their quote accordingly. In addition, their workmen were extremely friendly and all our questions/communications with both the site supervisor and the head office were quickly and effectively answered. A lovely bunch of guys and very good at what they do. Oh, and their price was pretty much as competitive as any of the (multiple) local and national companies we contacted. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

My wife and I are pleasantly surprised to see what "East London Lofts" has done with a dusty unused loft space. When we first contemplated this project we had no idea we would have a spacious bedroom, bathroom and storage space. From the consultation to planning and convertion through to its completion, I have no hesitation in saying we are happy to have given this project to "East London Lofts". I must commend the workmen that carried out the actual work, they were professional and courteous, our home was treated with the utmost care and respect. We are delighted with the work carried out for us by East London Lofts to create a beautiful extra room and en-suite bathroom where previously we just stored old boxes. The whole experience, from getting the quote and detailed specification for the work through to the end of the job has been very smooth. I was very pleased with the work from East London lofts. The team were very hardworking and completed our loft conversion in under 6 weeks. They worked with us during this time and were flexible, making suggestions and letting us choose what created the best solution for us. I had two small children who were at home whilst the work was being carried out and although there was obviously some disruption the team were very helpful and friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. The final product was very spacious with a good sized bathroom and some good storage space. The work was carried out to a good standard throughout and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a double dormer loft conversion done by East London Lofts in autumn 2011. We had three quotes in total and decided to go for East London Lofts as they were not only very accomodating to our needs (we wanted lots of other small jobs done around the house at the same time & had to plan around the birth of our twins! )but also very cost efficient and transparent. The building works were done so quickly with minimal disturbance and on budget. During the whole process everyone were extremely polite and professionel. Not once did we feel short changed and if any problems arose quick solutions were found. I will also add that if there were details we did not like despite not discussing it upfront, they were quick to offer to change it at no additional cost, hence the high score on service. The quality of the finish was better than expected (and I can be very hard to please) and we absolutely love the space and would recommend them any time. .

East London Lofts were a lot cheaper than any other quotes we had. The building works were completed efficiently, on budget and with minimal upheaval. The builders were very friendly. In particular the director of the company, Nik, is really professional. He was always quick to respond to any questions, proactive with solutions and generally very pleasant to work with. The builders cleared up after every day and were always polite and courteous and helpful. The work was completed about 3 months ago and we are really happy. I would recommend using East London Lofts for your loft conversion. They worked consistently hard and consequently the job progressed very quickly. It was easy to communicate with them regarding any details we wanted to specify within the build and they were generally considerate and good company to have around. Their professional approach and flexible attitude meant we had a very positive experience and our new loft is terrific.

We used East London Lofts in a Dormer loft extension in April/May 2010 which we had been planning for some time in our house in Greenwich. After receiving 6 different quotes and consultations with various different companies,we decided to go with East London Lofts as they seemed the most honest and reliable - and we were very pleased that we did. The work ethic of these guys is exceptional and they demonstrated a high level of efficiency and quality of work to match during the entire project - which even finished before schedule. It is fair to say that I am a fussy person and have high standards and whilst I kept an careful eye on this project, I didnt have much to worry about at all: these guys were fantastic, trustworthy, hard working and honest,and I feel were much better value for money than others that had quoted me. I was very impressed indeed as were the neighbours in my street. They cleaned up every day and very courteous and kept me informed every step of the way and gave me choices where there was an option. The work was completed on time, they always turned up when they said they would and they always did what they promised to do. We were thoroughly delighted with East London Lofts, from their initial quote in July 2009 until they completed the project in October 2009. They managed our entire project quickly and neatly, from planning the space with us at the start to the building certificates on completion.
