Ben from Earthwise Construction provided a quote to remedy damage caused by historic damp. From the initial contact he was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and flexible when circumstances changed. The quote was prompt and clear, scheduling the work straightforward, and he turned up ten minutes early. He was happy to explain things at every stage, completed the planned work despite a minor complication, managed to fit in two small jobs that weren't scheduled, and left everything clean and tidy.

A small but fiddly carpentry job blocking the back of kitchen cupboards to stop mice getting in but working round, and allowing access to, plumbing. Easy to talk through what was required and all done neatly at a reasonable price and without delay. No further signs of wildlife in the cupboards to date! I'd definitely ask them to do work for me again.
