e2 Computer Solutions

I have had my laptop serviced by e2 Computer Solutions a number of times and always find the team accessible, friendly and professional. There is never a lengthy delay and my problems have always been addressed promptly and courteously. Just last week (2/3 Feb. '22) I had my dead battery replaced and my old slow HDD replaced with a 240GB SSD. The computer is like new. Yet again I am more than satisfied with e2 Computer Solutions - their service is absolutely fantastic.

Great service, laptop died due to power pack, guys did a clean up and lent me a pack to keep me going, all in an afternoon. New power arrived in 2 days, laptop going so much better and faster than before. Power pack expiring did me a favor!

Computer had been interfered with by an outside source and was unusable. Cleaned out, backup inserted and now working better than ever. Totally satisfied!

E2 Computer Solutions in my option are the very best at their business. I have a Toshiba laptop that stopped working, and I may say my fault. I had it with two different computer repair companies in East Belfast and another in Belfast. The first said it could not be repaired and the other two said it would be uneconomic to repair even if they could get the part to repair it. When I took it to e2 they thought they could fix it and they did, I now have a good operating Laptop that couldn’t be fixed. So as I say they are the best.

This was my first experience of this company. I had a problem with my DVD drive and my laptop was running very slowly. Following advice from Steve I decided to upgrade to a solid state hard drive. The work was carried out efficiently and the data transferred over. It was decided that the connection of the DVD drive to the motherboard had shattered and that a new motherboard was cost prohibitive. So I am using an external drive. I was immensely impressed with Steve's knowledge and the generosity of his time. I would not hesitate in using the company again.

Steve and Rhys from e2 Computer Solutions were really helpful in getting problem with my broken laptop sorted out within a day. I would absolutely recommend them, found Steve's advice and solution in retrieving the data from my laptop and transferring it to another laptop sound and good value too!

Our business used e2 Computer Solutions to install our new computer network system, both hardware and software (Exact Dental Software). I found them to be very competitively priced and there service was excellent. They installed the system with a minimum of fuss and fitted in around our busy schedule. Steve Binding is very generous with his time and his expertise. Today our computer system went down due to an upgrade on the server to Windows 10. I phoned Steve and the problem was sorted within minutes. This service was excellent. As we are a busy dental practice which is fully computerised knowing that e2 solutions are at the end of the phone really puts our mind at rest and e2 cannot be rated highly enough. Thank you Steve!

Steve fixed a problem with my Outlook by Remote Support. He spent a lot of time on it and I was very impressed by his knowledge and his dedication to his customers. I always go to Steve when I'm in trouble with my pc and he has never let me down. He will go on and on testing everything until he's found the problem.

I have been going to e2 Computer Solutions for a couple of years now and have been impressed by the level of expertise and can do attitude to sort problems when they arise. The honesty and advice from Steve has always been accurate, I am now on a new system that was recommended to me as my last laptop was on its last legs. This new HP laptop has done everything and more that was explained to me. I live in Scotland and will continue to use e2 Computer Solutions for help and advice, every time I have called I get immediate attention, recently I managed to wipe programmes and apps from my new laptop, Steve was able to reinstall all apps and programmes remotely there and then without any fuss. Steve is brilliant a real whizz at computers would recommend him highly can solve everything !

I found Steve via yellow pages as I'd a software problem with my Dell laptop. He sorted it out on the spot and his fee was very reasonable. A couple of years later I'd a broken hinge on same and he sent off for new Dell parts and did an excellent repair again at a very reasonable price. He's the best I've found and also a very nice chap as well.

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and personable Steve, who on number of occasions has not only resolved technical problems but has also saved me considerable finance, when the "sales" people's solution was new hardware. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve.
