. I spent over two years trying to get a P. O. A for my wife and myself and kept being told it was in hand by a local solicitor. Whilst waiting my wife suffered with dementia and was not eligible to agree aP. O. A. As a. Result I turned to Paul at E. M. P. Who had drawn up our wills many years before and asked his advice. A family member has just had a will and two POAs drawn up by Paul, the MD of EMP Solutions. He was incredibly sensitive to someone who is naturally distrustful of 'officialdom' and she was put at ease throughout the whole process. Much better value than going to a solicitor too!
