We were extremely happy with the work provided by Glyn. We were having a bungalow extension and a reshuffle of the existing room. His drawings were excellent and he did all the work with the council to get them passed. He has kept in contact throughout the project and has always been prompt in responding to any messages. After having previous experience with another architect in the area I would rate ED Architecture significantly above this other company. Couldn't be happier and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We contacted ED Architecture to discuss restructuring our small kitchen and utility space, with the addition of an extension. We were provided with 5 options, all clearly presented and explained in a relaxed environment. We pursued one of these with some tweaks to suit our desired needs. We used builders recommended by ED Architecture who we found to be good guys, good workers, and good builders. Our works did over run quite a bit but we had the foresight to expect this. Overall it has been a fairly pain free experience resulting in works we are very happy with. We'll be using ED Architecture again when we get chance to do more work on the house.

Glynn was a total professional, guiding us patiently through every aspect of the design and planning process and then managing the tender process on our behalf. This has resulted us gaining planning permission for a fourth bedroom which is a huge gain for us and something that was never going to be easy. The resulting scheme is absolutely perfect and delivers more than we could have dreamed thanks to Glynn's thoughtful, practical approach. Through the build process we realised even more how much care and attention to detail had been applied ; the tender document left no stone unturned and enabled a very clear situation with our builder and no need for the project to be managed by us. Glynn had been reccomended by a neighbour who was also delighted with his work and we can see why!

This is my first time using an architect and Glyn was fantastic. Took on board what I was after and suggested improvements where necessary. He went to a lot of trouble to find a first class builder for me who did the work in quick time and high quality and with only occasional input from me as the property was empty during the works.

I never looked back after approaching E D Architeure Ltd, every aspect of Glyn Ellis's work was first class from his very first visit to his last, nothing was to much trouble. A number of professions and professionals held his drawings in high regard and commented on the amount of detail within them, when any alterations were made new plans followed very swiftly, at one point I was even invited to the planning office along with the architect. Glyn is a very pleasant, well mannered and extremely talented young man who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an architect for their own project. My first architect was laughable in comparison, there are some rotter's out there, please be careful, if I could score E D Architects more than five in all three Categories I certainly would. A very competent Architect who achieved the key objects to our major extension. Some nice touches on design given restrictions placed by Birmingham CC. Undertakes all work in a timely manner with a strong customer focus approach throughout the project. Project costs were as indicated and competitive. Would fully recommend.
