Dune Design have looked after my business branding for a number of years now and in spite of knowing several other designers, I'd use Dune Design time and time again for not just the graphic design elements but for their valuable insights into business branding. Since moving the business focus several years ago, Pat has, as usual, taken the time and trouble to learn about the intricacies of the business and has produced not only the all-important brand identity but excellent business literature and bespoke training materials. Always on time, able to work with idiotic clients and a great eye for design.

When setting up strawberryhr this year Pat's knowledge, experience and ideas were instrumental in forming the brand. The design of the website, logo and material was exceptional and Pat's practical application of her thoughts made my decision making very easy following the number superb options provided by Pat. As part of moving Sefton Computer Repairs into a better location & a more customer-facing environment, I needed to address the image we were portraying. With mediocre in-house artwork & no branding structure to speak of, Pat Niland of Dune Design was brought in to cast a fresh eye over the branding identity of the Company. The process started with a grilling on how I wanted the company to be perceived, values, future wishes, type of work undertaken and so on. Pat then translated this into a series of branding schemes that ultimately led to a new logo and a tighter branding identity that will grow with the company. I was delighted with the prompt service, excellent communications & quality of the work. In these days of online everything, it's tempting to seek out cheap overseas designers however I'm now convinced that would have been false economy as working with Dune Design took into account local conditions & explored in detail the values & desires of where I want the company to grow. A holistic & friendly approach that I have no hesitation in recommending.

We have undergone a re branding exercise with various new marketing items to be designed, including stationery, signage and other literature. Throughout the process Pat Niland of Dune Design has been tremendously helpful - after coming up with the initial design concept Pat has worked closely with us to build the brand, presenting several options/ideas at most stages, explaining these in easy to understand terms and making recommendations as appropriate. Pat has dealt with numerous third parties on our behalf and overall we have been very pleased with what she has done on our behalf. Throughout the process, Pat has acted in a professional but friendly manner, responding quickly to all enquiries and with great focus. The proof is now the comments we are receiving from our clients and third parties on our re branding - all of which is very positive and confirms our belief that the image Pat has created for us is just right for Balmoral.
