I have just purchased a new caravan from Duncan’s. Not yet picked it up but so far the service I have has been great. I have been kept up to date with all aspects of this sale due to pick my new van up on Sunday 25/9/22. Hopefully this all goes smoothly as so far they have been fantastic in keeping me updated and nothing has been a problem everyone has the entire team have been so professional l would like to thank them all for all their work.
A visit to this store this morning resulted in us leaving without all the items we were going to either purchase or have a look at. We were rushed with our sale and poited to exit the female assistant was so rude and didn't give us time to look around her manner of sales needs to be addressed. We will not be back we can speed our hard earned cash at another caravan and camping store. It was so bad that I had to walk away while she was dealing with my Partner. Your a very rude women. This was at 1015am the 9/9/ 2021 Carol Creighton.
Bought a brand new caravan from Duncans at not a bad deal. Went to pick the caravan up breakaway cable snaps before I leave the premises gets a new cable fitted takes van home wife comes in from work and asks what the tape on the roof was for, checked it out, it was only holding the panoramic sun roof on. Phoned to say I would be taking the van back, later that evening I went out to the van and nothing worked off the battery took the van back and said I wanted a replacement, got a phone call next day to say just come and get your trade in and your money back, no offer of a replacement, no option to look at something else if they could not supply the same model no apology nothing, if you complain they don't want to know you.
