DTS Repairs couldn't have been a nicer. Very reasonable price and came out on the day and I didn't have to have an appointment, it all went very smooth and without hassle or fuss. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I called DTS to book a call-out as my wifi had suddenly stopped picking up a signal on my Smart TV. Rather than charge me for a call-out, the guy gave me some sound advice and told me what to do - and it worked. He could very easily have come out and charged me and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. How refreshing and honest. I've kept the number and I'll certainly use them again if I need an engineer.

Fast response to my initial enquiry, and came out the next day and fixed my tv. Would definitely recommend.

Emailed Simon to get a quote to see how much it would be to repair our LG LCD 55 inch TV has the picture was flashing on and off and I knew it had something to do with the backlight. Simon responded very quickly and the price was great. I called him as soon as I had the money together and he came the next day. He was very professional and friendly knew exactly what to do and put us at ease. Once he had repaired the backlight he checked everything over more than once , showed us what settings to have the TV on and programmed the Virgin remote to be used as one remote. His work comes with a 12 month warranty and was told to ring if any problems arise within that time. Will definitely call him again to fix any of our TVs we have in our home and will be recommending him to everyone. .

We have called Simon twice now to fix our LG TV. Back lights had gone. Excellant fast service. Very friendly. Called him today and he said he could come tomorrow after. Then we got a call this afternoon to say he could fit us in today even though it was 5pm ish. Cannot fault Simon at all very reliable and good Customer service thank you.

Came to fix our office TV a few months ago. He fixed the screen which was the problem, however I didn't initally notice that he had actually taped the rim of the TV back together. Obviously he had broken the clips that hold the TV together or they were already damaged. Either way this wasn't mentioned. After realising I contacted him in which he said he would source a new part and then I've never heard from him again after much chasing. He also took the remote for the TV. Again, promised to return it and never did.

Was getting frustrated after 2 weeks with no tv. So decided it was time to start looking into getting it repaired. Rang around a few friends for recommendations no one had a clue…some even asked " do people still repair tvs… no one repairs tvs anymore just get a new one…. ". Checked internet and found DTS…read all 31 reviews and got a genuine feeling…Called Simon on the Thursday, knew straight away what was wrong with my bedroom 32' LED tv…was not getting picture but volume ok…. Gave a price came next day around 13:00…. Took approx an hour and bit…very pleased with work…. No mess was lefted never would had guessed work was carried out…. Even noticed my setting on my tv was wrong and that was why I wasn't always able to see edge of screen and sorted that…. Well and truly satisfied with all works carried out…. Definitely programmed straight into phone…card on fridge…12 month gaurantee for works…. Told Simon that I'd leave a review…. Might be 2 weeks down the line but…. Thank you Simon….Moreexpand_more

Simon, is a fabulous rarity in T. V. Electronic repairs, came fully equipped and effected a total down to component lever repair, wrote a12 month guarantee and was away in an hour. This repair man is well worth the wait for if he's busy. "Note" That if you call the likes of curries it'll cost you £90 plus cost of any parts and a possible 2 week wait. Simon's visit is worth the wait. If you want confidence in the work! Then this is your man. He's permanently loaded in my phone for a 100% recommending on any T. V. Repair.

Came at 1:30ish and got the job done within an hour. Got the job done very quickly and thought he did an amazing job!
