I again had cause to contact DTec, this time it was my Epson printer spilling blue ink. I did not purchase the printer from DTec. Kevin at DTec immediately got onto Epson and arranged a warranty replacement. Later on there was some hassle from Epson, but Kevin sorted them out and did so to my best interest. This was service above and beyond the call! Thanks to DTec I got up and running without undue delay. Incidentally, I like their new store re-fit.
My computer stopped working, accompanied by a burning smell. I took it into Kevin at DTec who quickly diagnosed the problem as being my graphics/video card having given up the ghost. A replacement card was ordered and fitted. This was prompt and efficient service by professional staff who clearly know their trade. I would not hesitate to use DTec again in the future.
My cousin recommended I use DTEC when I had problems with my PC, they were very helpful and informative and quick to resolve my problems. I have since used them to resolve issues with my business computers and again could not fault them. I have visited their Carlisle shop and was impressed with the range of products they can supply at very competitive prices.
A good friend told me about dtec computers a few years a go when I was looking for a laptop. I found the staff very helpful and not too pushy. I told them what i wanted a laptop for and they advised me which laptops to go for. They set my laptop up in store so I could take it home and use it straight away! There prices are very competitive. Since buying my laptop I always go to dtec for advice, computers and repairs.
