We work in two ways. Emergencies are answered around the clock: burst pipes, leaks coming through a ceiling, blocked drains, and hot water that has stopped on an electric or water-side system. Planned work is quoted in writing first, so the price is agreed and understood before anyone picks up a tool.

We are a VAT-registered limited company carrying £2 million public liability cover, and we bring in the right trade for every part of a job rather than stretching past what we do well.

Emergency plumbing, around the clock.

The phone is answered at any hour, seven days a week. Most Crawley call-outs are reached inside 30 to 60 minutes during the day, and response time scales with distance across the rest of Sussex, Surrey, South London and Kent. Ring us and you will get an honest ETA before you commit to anything.

The jobs we are called to most: burst and leaking pipes, water tracking through ceilings and floors, blocked sinks, toilets and outside drains, seized stopcocks and isolation valves, and hot water faults on immersion heaters, cylinders, thermostats and motorised valves.

There is no charge simply for turning up. You get an honest assessment first, the price is agreed before work starts, and time runs from the moment work begins rather than from when the van pulls up outside.

Planned work: bathrooms, kitchens, radiators and building.

Booked work is quoted in writing before anything is ordered or lifted, with the labour and the materials set out so you can see what you are paying for.

Bathrooms, from a straight swap to a full refit with walls moved, tiling and finishing. Kitchens, including sinks, taps, dishwasher and washing machine connections, and re-plumbing under the units where a previous fitter has left a tangle. Heating on the water side: radiator installation, replacement and relocation, heating pipework, power flushing, hot water cylinders both vented and unvented, and immersion heaters. Drainage, where we clear the blockage and tell you honestly whether it was a one-off or something that will come back. And general building work, including extensions and renovations.
