DSM Security

David and his team worked cleanly and efficiently. Security cameras, alarm, door entry system and hopefully soon they will even add a flood alert for us (we had a problem getting the part but that is the great thing…. You can add things to their system). They also went out of their way to customise something for us which required a greater effort. When we had a problem (which it turned out wasn't actually a problem), the were very reponsive and showed up the next day. Very happy to recommend.

I contacted DSM after we had several issues with our current unreliable engineer. David was quick to respond and works carried out where to a high standard. This company was recommended by a friend who was very pleased with their work. They responded quickly to our phone enquiry and did the job the next day, arriving promptly at the time they said. They are very professional, and efficient. They took time to load and demonstrate the app and did not leave until everything had been thoroughly checked. We are absolutely delighted and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had fault with my intruder system contacted Justine at DMS Security, date arranged for Wednesday 4th November to fix system, but had to call office on Monday 26th October and explain to David problem with alarm going off during the night. Within 1 hour of call Trisha was at my house to repair system. I can not fault any of the team for their effort on fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone who are looking for install any of their products. Thank you again for all your help.

David came in early March to give us a quote. Unfortunately because of the lock-down he wasn't able to return until today to fit the alarm system. His assistant Tricia did an excellent job fitting the alarm and David explained how the system worked. We are extremely happy with the service we received. At all times they were friendly and helpful and there was no mess at all from the job. I highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service. David came to give a quote, there was no BS just honest advice based on his experience. Email questions were answered almost immediately by Justine. The quote was a lot less than I expected and although it wasn't the cheapest I had, based on the reviews and the service I had already received I decided to go with DSM. Engineer came within the allotted hour I was given and I was happy to see it was a woman! She did an excellent job fitting the alarm keeping me updated throughout the 2 hours it took to do and even hoovered the carpet where she had had to drill holes to fit the panel after she had finished! She showed me how to use the panel, set me up with the app and how to use it and she was on her way. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks DSM.

We would highly recommend DSM. No pushy salespeople and a friendly and professional service from quotation through to installation. Really useful advice and guidance provided at quotation stage as to what would be the best fit for what we wanted. We were particularly interested in the number and positioning of beams/contacts within our property and also whether having alarmed zones of the house would be possible - all was answered and clarified during the quotation walk around and follow up written quote. David was on hand to answer questions during the installation. The app is useful and very easy to use and was all set up for us by DSM as part of the installation.

Dsm installed a wireless alarm system inclusive of two cameras in my new build at the stewart milne development east calder. After meeting david the owner and expaining my requirements he provided a full design and installation which in compassed everything I required and more. The whole team from dsm were fantastic , polite and respectfull at all times david displays a fantastic knowledge of all security sysyems and was more than happy to answer any questions I had.
