Russell the owner lent me a part from a new scooter to get me home and I purchased it a week later, excellent service I'm definitely buying my next scooter from DSL.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We are on holiday miles from home in Devon proceeding on to Scotland when my husbands electric wheelchair broke down. The engineer was superb and identified the fault and gave us some options. He did a temp fix and explained what we needed to do if it stopped again before we got home. Very helpful, polite, efficient and great customer service. Thank you.

I required a stair lift for my mother who has terminal cancer, I called the Wrexham branch and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady who talked me through the rental options. An engineer called to take measurements the next morning and by the following afternoon the stair lift had been fitted and is in operation. The engineer was professional and completed a very neat job. I can’t thank DSL enough for their help and professionalism in making my mum feel more independent in our home.

Excellent service, installation and value. ! My 86 year old stepfather has just had a DSL stairlift fitted and today I went to check it out. Wow ! The price was great value and the fitter was 1st class. Would recommend this firm highly to anyone ? ? .
