SMA - Sports Massage AssociationI am an experienced, qualified Massage therapist offering Deep Tissue, Sports and Traditional treatments using Massage and Reflexology.
After an in-depth consultation I will create an individually tailored treatment for you.
I use the clinical techniques of Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, alongside techniques used in Swedish Massage and traditional methods found in Thai Massage and Chinese and Japanese Bodywork.
The use of a mix of clinical and more holistic techniques can be very beneficial in the management of modern day stress which is so often an unfortunate part of modern life. Stress, joint mobility and muscular aches and pains have all been found to benefit from this kind of bodywork.
Sports techniques and rehabilitation can also be part of my service. Talk to me about your aims and what you would like to achieve.
Treatments are available at my home studio in Sandy and at Letchworth Centre For Healthy Living.
