Stephen always makes himself available to advise. If he is not physically available he has associates who are. Recently my PC adopted a mind of its own and I called Stephen, who was abroad, but who immediately put me in touch with an associate. The associate gave my PC a thorough health check and returned (and installed! ) the PC and all was well. His fees are fair. In, short - a good man and a good service.
