I bought a 4x4 from DRH cars and also p/x our car at the time. I was given a good price for my car and the car bought was also good value. DRH said as part of the deal they would send a cheque for half of the next years tax onthe car as my p/x had 8 months and the car bought only 2. When the time came no cheque and no response either, any excuse for a quick sale. Good initial response but feel very let down and disappointed. Just found out today car has no locking wheel nut key and spare tyre is illegal which past MOT on day of collection?

Very helpful in finding a landrover for us and good price for P/X, kept in contact until deal complete BUT then it was very difficult to get hold of DRH cars, after sales services very poor, still have few things outstanding and still no replies to text/phone messages.

I bought a vehicle from this company, and the car broke down 70 miles down the road, the chap claimed to be helpful, but did nothing, he definitely misrepresented the vehicle, and the vehicle another person bought from him broke down within a few days, he also didnt get much help from him. I certainly will warn everybody about this dealer.
Response : This is totaly untrue the gentleman put petrol into a diesel engine thats what caused the breakdown, aa report is avalible for proof, gentleman was trying to pretend there was a fault with car but aa report tells the truth thankyou.
