I completed a 6 week beginner course with Dreamspin. I went from being only able to hoop a bit on the waist to being able to do a fair few tricks with confidence. Clare paced the class to suit the ability of all the hoopers and gave individual help to each student as they needed it. The classes were so much fun, there was lots of laughs and I definitely burnt a few calories! I am now totally addicted to hooping and I thank Clare for giving me an amazing start!

Dream spin classes are fun, exciting and challenging. Clare lets you learn at your own pace as well as giving you the confidence to push yourself further. This is the first time I have ever tried hooping and I can honestly say, I never thought I would look forwards to exercising so much each week.
