What an absolutely unique experience! I am so happy to have found Sylvia, she really made the moment feel special. It was my first time trying on dresses and I could hardly contain my excitement. I had seen an incredible dress on her website and emailed her straight away. She was extremely quick with her replies and was very accommodating. She listened to what you were looking for and gave her real professional opinion on dresses and how they could be altered to suit your style. She was patient and you didn't feel pressured in the slightest. She has done a beautiful job with the loft (where the dresses are kept) and it is absolutely gorgeous. I feel fortunate to have had such a lovely and personal experience and in many years will look back and be grateful to have found Sylvia. I purchased a wedding gown from Slyvia at Dream second hand wedding dress. Slyvia was very helpful in helping me choose the right dress for me and also a matching Viel and also a tiara. I was very pleased with my purchase that was almost half the original price ! ( it was ex display /sample dress) Thr dress was a tiny bit tight at the back, however, Slyvia reassured me that it would fit perfectly if the zip up was changed to a lace up /corset back. Slyiva gave me the contact details for a reputable seamstress that completed the work to a high standard. I was very happy with her service and many people commented on how lovely the dress looked on my wedding day ! I would definately recommed her services to others!

Thanks a lot to Sylvia for selling my beloved wedding dress! I debated for a long time whether to sell my gorgeous designer wedding dress but after talking to all my friends and finding out that all of them had their gown stored in their loft or cupboards never to be seen again, I didn’t want my dress to get damaged over time and decided to sell it and let another bride enjoy it. Sylvia provided outstanding service from my first enquiry right through to after sale. I fell in love with a wedding dress when searching images for styles I liked the look of, and the only place that had it at a price I could afford was from Sylvia's shop. It was a brand new ex sample dress, never been worn or altered and at a brilliant price! After lots (and I means 100s! ) of emails and pictures from Sylvia I agreed to send her payment and she posted the dress to me and I was over the moon with it. Can not thank this lady enough for her service! I now have the dress of my dreams thanks to her. She is well trusted and has real passion for her business. Sylvia was very welcoming, professional and clearly passionate about her job. Although I tried on several dresses, I ended up buying the first one I tried on and taking it home with me on the same day. That was never the plan to start with, but it was such a good deal and it was just perfect for the day. I went to Dream this afternoon in search of a wedding dress. I was absolutely thrilled with the service that I received from Sylvia who gave me a lot of time and attention on a one-to-one basis. There is a wide selection of both sample and second hand wedding dresses and I was allowed to try on whichever I wanted to with no pressure. As they are sample or second hand, the stock is also different from what you keep coming across in the high street stores, which is refreshing to see. The studio is beautiful and serene and the whole experience was a very personal one. I would highly recommend paying Dream a visit in your quest for your dress.

Sylvia sold my wedding dress at her beautiful studio in Northolt. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her and have her sell my dress. In our email correspondence she gave me a realistic indication of what the dress might sell for and confirmed this upon examining the dress. I was so impressed by her professional manner and how much attention she pays to the condition of the dresses she sells (they must be dry-cleaned and in excellent condition). All her dresses are kept in immaculate condition in her studio and she explained that she asks brides-to-be not to wear make-up when trying them on. At the same time though I also really liked the fact that brides are welcome to try on as many dresses as they like. I wish I had known about Sylvia's studio when buying my own dress!
