Absolutely first class service. Arrived at my house within an hour. Cleared blockage quickly and then proceeded to look to see what caused the issue. Price had already been quoted and did not once try to say it was any more even though he had done what he came to do. Brilliant service thankyou.

Contacted them via email regarding a 'slow draining' kitchen/roof drain that was most likely (and it turned out only) suffering from a build up of leaves etc. They came out as agreed, including a heads-up call when they were about 20 minutes away, which was very helpful. Took less than 10 minutes for one of the two to resolve the issue by hand/manual plunger, but while I know prices have gone up, £114 (including VAT) seems very steep considering the pricing claims on the website. For smaller jobs or situations where it might be as straightforward as this, I wouldn't recommend them in the first instance.

Excellent work carried out by Allen of D&G services, very professional, thorough and extremely competitive, could not recommend them enough, don’t be afraid to call them out, better job than the bigger companies at less than half the price.

We had a blocked drain which was causing problems in our bathroom and also water leaking from the outside drain , we called DGS at 9. 30 and they were at our property within 25 mins. They sourced the issue and completed the job within 30 minutes I have never had such brilliant service from a tradesman I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend this company. .

Called the company at 6. 30pm thinking I had little chance of them coming out tonight. No bother at all. John arrived within 30 minutes and then put a real shift in to clear a blocked foul drain. Do not touch these people with a bargepole. They installed a treatment plant in 2020. Average price, average quality work, so no real complains there. However, they never mentioned at the time of quoting that Building Regs were required, and I never thought to ask, as it was replacing a leaky old style septic tank. I only found out when I came to sell my house. I tried contacting them, as they'd said if there were any problems to get in touch, and despite 20+ emails and phone calls - no response. When I looked into and became an expert on BRs, I realised that because they don't have anyone on a "competent people" list, they can't apply for them. So I had to organise and pay for a retrospective BR certificate myself. Overnight, their job had gone from "average price" to "expensive". Furthermore, the BR inspection failed because of their shoddy and unstatisfactory electrical connection work. So I had to find a competent electrician to put it right - more money. Their job had then become "very expensive". Not only would I never recommend this company, I now make a point of telling everyone to avoid them in the first place. .Moreexpand_more

Replacement drain needed, checked all with camera and competitive quote for work. Completed to a high standard, quick and came when agreed. Would use company again.

Collapsed drain at the side of house meant there was damp up the wall. Called DGS after finding on here and they came out to survey the area. They used CCTV to inspect the drain and confirmed it had ruptured. Graeme explained how the issue would be fixed. We were concerned that it would be costly and take a while. Much to our surprise it was done that very same day and far less than we expected. Highly recommended company.
