Nick replaced a damaged easy-clean hinge on a bedroom window, having previously been let down by others. I was very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely recommend Nick. Brilliant job.

Couldn't lock my front door. He arrived in about 15 mins and explained to me what was wrong very quickly and easily. Had my door fixed in no time and with no mess. Lovely, happy man.

We asked Dr Locke to come and quote for replacing three locks on the door offer mental health charity in Prestwich. He arrived on time and quickly told us he would fit them and supply fifteen keys for each lock at no charge because we are a local charity. He arranged to fit them a few days later and again turned up on time and fitted them quickly. He is professional and a lovely person and I can't thank him enough for helping us out.

I have chosen to use this business again and would highly recommend them for a Professional service with a quick response time. I rang on Monday afternoon and they came first thing Tuesday morning as my backdoor would not open due to a broken lock. It was fixed in no time at all. Thanks for the great work.

Had my car keys stolen. I rang nic and he was very helpful and friendly. He was able to come within a day of the phone call so I wasn't without a car for to long. He got me back in my car. What a fantastic service. Nick arrived within 20 minutes of me calling, even though it was late evening. He got me into my property in a couple of minutes, which was a huge relief as I had originally called a nationwide locksmith who were unable to gain access. Stay local - ring Nick! We had a very old legacy conservatory door hinge / handle which was broken and could not get parts for thus leaving the home unsecure. Phoned Nick, sent him the pics, and he agreed he would take a look (without a call out charge - after 6pm on the same day! ). Nick arrived on time, kept me updated on his arrival time. Nick tested the whole door mechanism, then stripped the old handle mechanism and got it working again at a cheap cost (within a half hour). Nick was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This has saved us money, Would highly recommend his services.

Our PVC back door was jammed shut (which was proving to be a nightmare for our dog who uses that as the route to the garden). I contacted Nick, he came out first thing the next day and had the door repaired within minutes.
