About Dr Flatpack
Dr Flatpack have years of experience assembling and fitting all manners of furniture. We specialise in flatpack however we also fit German and Italian furniture. We are also experts at TV mounting services, blind and curtain installation and shelving supply and fit. We are the only true 5 star rated company in the Midlands and all of our work comes with our 5 year guarantee!
Whether you are short of time, physically unable or have a lack of tooling we should be your number one stop for flatpack assembly. No job is too big or small! We are knowledgeable of the complete Ikea range and in most instances can build even without manuals due to our experience. We undertake commercial and contract work, meaning if your are a retail store or landlord you are in great hands!
Customer service is something we pride ourselves on. You can contact us any time of the day via our website, phone line or email and we guarantee you'll receive a response within the hour. We are happy to offer multi item or day job discounts, and larger contract work will be undertaken by multiple fitters.
To date Dr Flatpack has had over 1000 customers in the past 12 months, and have fitted in excess of 3000 pieces of furniture and over 1000 wall mounted TV's. We've never had a bad review and ensure every customer is left happy. Issues inevitably occur but our experience and tooling ensures we have a solution regardless what the problem is. We've also NEVER broken or damaged a piece of furniture but rest assured our comprehensive insurance has you covered in times of need.
We are based out of Edgbaston, Birmingham but we have extensive coverage of the Midlands. We will attend jobs as far as Leicester, Derby, Gloucester, Wolverhampton and Coventry but its not uncommon for us to be called for larger jobs in London, Manchester and Bristol.
