Doctor Espresso repaired our Fracino coffee machine within an hour. Before asking me to bring the machine in, he talked me through all the areas to check just in case we could solve the problem on the phone. Brilliant, expert service!

My Alessi Coban espresso machine needed repair as the pump had a fault. Alessi no longer support this model and it was hard to find anyone to fix it. Fortunately Russell at Dr Espresso was willing and able to bring my machine back to life. The repair was prompt and the price (£120) reasonable compared to the cost of replacing the machine. I am happy to recommend Dr Espresso.

Mr. Russel he is a doctor for the coffee machines. He is very good and honest in his service, he will help you to save money. This Autumn will be 2 Decades that Pied A Terre is open. Russell agreed to take a look at my 15 year old Quick Mill. It's been a faithful servant and I was convinced it was time to give it the last rites. However a strip down, check and replacement pump did the trick and it's back in my kitchen continuing to make great espresso. Many thanks to the "Doctor"!

Our coffee machine broke down, and within hours Doctor Espresso were able to arrive on site and quickly identify the problem and work to fix it. Russell has an amazing knowledge of the machines and did an great job of repairing our machine. We would always use Doctor Espresso for all coffee machine repairs. The best.

Russel kept our dilapidated 11 year old coffee machine running for a further 9 long years. Only recently have we had it replaced, by Russel of course, we our now the proud owners or a reconditioned Wega, which Russel supplied on the day of our previous coffee machines funeral. As a Fulham resident I have purchased several coffee machines and had them maintained by Doctor Espresso for many years. Machine or part replacement has always been prompt, on site ,appropriate and efficient; so much better than big department stores or manufacturers.

Doctor Espresso collected my 12 year CMA machine and returned it to me 3 weeks later after completely overhauling it and making it look like a brand new machine. Not only does it now look amazing but the coffee coming out from this machine is second to none! Thank you Russell for an excellent job!

Dr espresso went above and beyond other companies I contacted when it came to diagnosing and fixing a fault with my Brasilia espresso machine. Russ was happy to offer advice and attempted to repair my damaged electronic control panel before replacing it as a last resort (the machine now works perfectly). Russel, the Espresso Doctor is a a 'breath of fresh air' in this day and age of unreliable workmen. He absolutely knows his stuff and doesn't waste time in dealing with whatever problem. We've now used him twice over the last 12 months and found his work quality to be excellent. We highly reccommend him.
