I am still waiting for my shower to be fixed properly. This was put in June 2021. Dan is not being very helpful with this matter. I was told to contact the shop from where he said he brought the shower from. I was told by Dan that he gave a 12 months guarantee. I would not use Dan again for anything else it has been a very stressful 9 months for me.

Had boiler removed a new one fitted on the 16/3/21. He arrived on time was polite clean and very professional. Price was very competitive and excellent feed back to what I was receiving. He spent as long as needed to learn new boiler done my warranty there and then. We were totally over moon from start to finish would recommend to anyone.

I can keep this very short. Installation of a new boiler was fine and Danny very prompt and affable but dont be fooled. An over complicated controller was installed which my mother could not understand (Nor could I get it to work after a 200 mile round trip and I am pretty savvy on modern tech) Danny was contacted a number of times and false promises made to replace it. When the weather turned cold the heating did not come on. System simply read OFF and Danny said just press the arrow, no amount of button pressing worked. Danny contacted again but failed to attend despite assurances leaving an 88 years old lady WITHOUT any heating. After 4 days and a further messages (he failed to pick up my further calls /messages) I had to call another engineer who found that the non standard controller was not only awfull but not connected electronically to the boiler. Thus after further cost the mess was sorted with a correct Worcester Bosch unit. Danny was paid PROMTLY but any follow up service was the complete opposite.Totally DISGUSTED is an understatement as he lives very locally. I note the rules but I look after all my mothers affairs hence this review. DONT BE FOOLED. I have dealt with very many excellent trades people local to where I live, Danny is certainly not in the same league ONCE HE HAS BEEN PAID. All he had to do was attend and reset. I had been without central heating for several months due to a boiler fault after finding d. Macs online I can honestly say im a very satisfied customer, bang on time honest friendy and reliable cleaned all mess and im over the moon with the quality boiler fitted highly recommended!

Daniel did an excellent job. The price was very competitive, much lower than the big companies will offer. We had an old conventional boiler and tank removed and a new Worcester-Bosch combi installed. The work started at 7:30 and was finished by 3:20pm the same day. The system was all flushed through and everything was cleaned up, and checks carried out to make sure everything is working properly. The boiler works perfectly and we would absolutely recommend DMac's to anyone else. Very friendly, responsive (before and after completion), efficient and unintrusive. Thanks again.

Our boiler decided that it did not want to work anymore. We had a call from Dan on Monday and he fitted a new boiler today. We recently had a new boiler installed by DMac as our previous one finally decided to retire. From getting a quotation up to installation day, Daniel has been professional and he also delivered what we had agreed. He came on time, went to work straight away, and made sure he didn't leave any mess after job completion. He gave us a reasonable price and most importantly, we now have hot water and a warm, cosy home again! Also, because Daniel is Worcester-Bosch accredited we got a warranty extension for the boiler. I have used DMacs for the replacement of gas supply, central heating boilers, pipework and radiators on two renovation projects and on my own property. Mac gives honest sound advice and his work in my opinion is always to a high standard and at a fair price. He keeps his commitments and responds to urgent situations whenever he can. Mac supplied and fitted two Worcester Bosch boilers for me, he is a reliable. Polite and extremely hard working young chap nothing was too much trouble. Kitchen sink waste piping failed and needed replacing. DMac was able to arrange to see it quickly and fixed the problem immediately and charged a reasonable rate. Was courteous and helpful. Would recommend/use for other jobs.

I recently had a new boiler installed by DMAC's pluming and heating specialist. I found him a very polite young man who turned up when he said he would, did a very neat job and his rates were as competitive as any other quote I had! Top marks and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mac supplied and fitted me a new boiler, magnetic filter, filling tap and gauge for an extremely great price. Mac worked tirelessly to get the work done and even serviced my gas fire and fitted me a new shower on the same day. I would highly recommend Mac to anyone, a true tradesman and a genuine nice guy. We got in touch with Mac after reading the reviews here when our old Heatline boiler packed in. Mac came out promptly and rather than repair what was an old boiler with his advice we decided to fit a new a Worcester Bosch 28cdi and replace some of the old rads too. Mac gave a very fair quote and arrived early as arranged on the installation day working tirelessly to complete the job that day including power flushing the rads that weren't replaced. We felt that Mac gave very good advice and service at every stage and because he's Worcester Bosch accredited the guarantee was extended too. Having spoken to a couple of other firms at the time we are happy with the choice we made, five stars all the way.
