Dan completed renovated my bathroom. We had unexpected problems from Day 1 which were resolved in a professional and thorough manner. My bathroom now looks absolutely stunning, all thanks to Dan. He was punctual, conscientious, tidy and helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Have have just had Dan Smith (DSL Services) to renovate a bathroom at my home and I am more than pleased with the result and the cost. My main bathroom needed a partial refurbishment to include bath, basin, floor and some tiling. Dan attended my home promptly and carefully listened to my requirements offering very helpful advice and options. He provided a fully detailed quotation which I considered very reasonable. Dan started the job on the agreed date and turned up reliably every morning, on time. He consulted me on the few problems that he encountered, offering me options to resolve each. He worked hard to minimise any disruption and cleaned down daily. The work was completed in under a week and I am more than happy with the end result. My hopes and expectations have been exceeded in both quality of workmanship and cost. Indeed it is fair to say that I am thrilled with the result. Dan is extremely helpful and reliable. He did a full bathroom refit and did an incredible job. He talked us through various stages to check what we wanted. He was clean and tidied up after each day. We were so impressed with his honesty that he came back and fitted 3 radiators for us too. Would highly recommend Dan and will definitely use him again in the future.

I was very impressed with Dan’s communication during a shower tray replacement at a rental of mine. He was considerate to the tenants and kept everyone well informed throughout. Our full bathroom renovation with Dan has been finished to an excellent standard. He was completely accommodating of our design choices and provided helpful insight into realising our vision. His communication was good throughout and he was efficient with the work. We are extremely pleased with the end result - his waiting list may be 6 months but worth it for the finished outcome.

I had my old kitchen ripped out and a new kitchen fitted complete with tiling and some plumbing work. Dan and Mike did a great job and I was really pleased with the work they completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Dan was very approachable and patient. Great communication, nothing seemed like too much trouble.

Shower replaced in the en-suite. Dan stripped out our old shower and tiles and replaced the plasterboard re-tiled and fitted a new shower and shower tray. We’d been let down by our previous plumber who kept pushing start dates back further and further. We asked Dan to give us a price and a possible start date, he did this promptly with a very reasonable price and a detailed breakdown of all costs. True to his word he started the job when he said he would. The work was carried out to a high standard and after each day’s work he cleaned up after himself , we’d hardly knew he’d been there. Overall we’re very happy with the work Dan has carried out so much so that we have asked him to quote on other work to be done in the house. Highly recommend.

DLS Services carried out a full bathroom refit for me, and were very professional and reliable from start to finish. Dan provided a realistic quote and ensured that I was prepared for any potential issues that could arise so no sudden surprises, but thankfully all went very smoothly. I was kept fully informed of everything that would be happening each day; everything is well thought out, selecting the most efficient and sensible approach so no time is wasted. We asked DLS to help us push on our flat refurb. They made good the bedroom wall where the chimney was removed and plastered the whole room to a high standard of finish, completed plasterboarding in the ensuite bathroom and followed on with fitting the shower tray and tiling. There were many challenges to be overcome along the way and DLS kept us fully informed of each one, offering professional advice on how to proceed and helping us make informed decisions on how we took the job forward. We are very happy with the finished work and look forward to having them back again in the future.

We used DLS to install a small toilet under the stairs and tile our hallway. I contact Dan via his website and he quickly came back to me and called round to provide a quote when other companies weren't even responding. He provided a detailed and very competitive quote and was honest about timescales and his availability to do the work. In the lead up to the start of the work Dan stayed in contact with me to let me know what materials he'd need from me and when so we could be prepared. The floor tiles were a complex pattern and Dan and Mike took time and care to ensure that they were set out correctly. They frequently checked that I was happy with the work and ran decisions by me when needed. They were very neat, cleaning up after themselves as they worked and at the end of every day and wore show coverings when they needed to go into other areas of the house. We're extremely happy with the end product and the level of service that DLS have provided and will be asking them to quote for any future work we need.

DLS have just finished a full rip out and refurbishment of both of our bathrooms. Excellent communication throughout the process from quote through to job completion. The job came in at the price quoted and Dan actually knocked off some elements to fund minor unforseen / extras. The quality of workmanship was excellent and they went the extra mile to minimise disruption and leave the house tidy following job completion. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and have done just that to several colleagues looking for similar works. They are no quote g for so e extra jobs in our house too. Great quality, great communication and service at a fair price.

DLS did a refurbishment of our ensuite bathroom and the finished job is first class. Extremely helpful all the way through Dan made sure we were happy with the work as it progressed. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail coupled with a friendly approach made for a very pleasant experience The final cost was also very reasonable and in fact less than the original quotation. No hesitation in giving DLS a five star recommendation accross the board.
