I used the shop around 2 years ago to purchase a Birthday present for my daughter Walking in the shop there was a huge Amethyst Rock about 1 meter high in the corner by the door that caught my daughter eye. By the way it was a special birthday. Well 21st. I asked the Gentle man behind the desk how much it was, his reply was very expensive don’t think you would won’t it and don’t think we would be interested. Never thought nothing more about it, walked around the shop. My daughter spent around £350 in the. Whilst she was paying. I re asked theVendor how much the large rock was. He come back with a price 2k I think it was I payed by card and told him that I’ll pull my car around and put it in the back, everything fine. Fast forward my daughter took a good friend there. It’s a 45 minute journey to get there He had obviously forgot who she was. She asked about another piece that she wanted again for herself. Again with the same snide remark. Very expensive don’t think you could afford it, This isn’t anyway to treat or offend customers. This only come to light today as she said what had happened on her return there.
