Hi bought a uv light, arrived smashed due to someone not putting bubble wrap on item, tried many different ways to contact this supplier and seems like another scam , very poor. I cannot email you back as your site will not let me send an email as it will not recognize my address,also cannot contact through phone either as i said very poor service and outdated mode of contact. Tried contacting,not a chance just another scam.
Response : I have searched our email(spam/Junk etc) and we have no emails from you email address regarding this lamp. We do ship hundreds of lamps each week this way in a strong postal tube with no issues. The damage is down to the handle of the parcel once item arrives with Royal Mail, we have no control if these get thrown around or crushed. If you can send us an email we will respond and replace.

I first used Discount Leisure based on an internet search. The price was competitive so I thought I'd try them. I have used them several times now and the goods are always received within one or two days. I recently had a problem with a faulty aquarium heater and when I contacted Discount Leisure they replied immediately. I received a replacement heater the next day and a full refund once I'd returned the faulty item. The level of service is excellent and the products are good value for money. I will continue to use Discount Leisure and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
