We had a bad experience with this company. Our kitchen which was supposed to take one week took 7 weeks. Some days no one turned up at all and when they did it was often one person working from 10. 30am till 4pm. The fitters they sent to us were not qualified tradesmen and did not do a good job. The young lad they sent to fit the fridge freezer couldn’t get it to fit so he ripped the back off the cupboard and pulled the cupboard off the wall. Customer service is very poor, they stopped answering the phone to us when we phoned to report no one had turned up. We were sold a kitchen that would be made to fit our own appliances, but my fridge freezer is so high I can’t reach the top shelf because our appliance did not fit their unit. Very disappointed.
Response : We are sorry you feel this way. We did make you aware that our fitter had a death in his family which left us trying to arrange a new fitter as we don't have spare people. We re-arranged a couple of jobs so we could send our installation manager personally to go over the job and put right the things you weren't happy with, we were all happy at the time after Stephen's visit and I am disappointed that this review has now arrived months later after my social media post asking for support during quiet times.
We did also order a special order splashback after you were unhappy with the first one (difference in opinion) we didn't argue we just ordered that, but it took some time to arrive, and fitted that free of charge. You did pay for the job and thank Stephen for his work and have heard nothing since, If you areor were unhappy with anything we are always here to help.Moreexpand_more
