Paid with order for a quality toilet seat, recieved a cheap plastic one waas told fittings the same and they were nothing like the one I wanted, they sent a courier to pick the cheap one up and then said it wasn't recieved and asked me to track it I couldn't track it as they arranged the courier to pick up they will not respond to e mails to repay the money after nyumerous phone calls and e mails asking for my money all you get is lies and excuses I have had to get my money via the credit card company section 75 this company has no concience as far as i'm concerned thy are happy to rob you, don't know how they get some glowing reviews, as it seems I am not alone with being denied a refund I could go on but hopefully you get the message now. Be AWARE !

Still waiting for a receipt, 4 weeks after delivery of goods so I can claim on insurance. Phoned 4 times and also emailed but still no invoice despite promises. Insurance company rejected my claim because I could not prove the price which was very expensive.

Don't use - can't be trusted! Didn't supply goods that were promised - like for like toilet was a similar unit but not the same. Toilet seat damaged on receipt and stonewalled by unresponsive company. Look at Trustpilot reviews and you will see I am far from alone. If you're buying from a distance don't believe their spiel and be very cautious and expect no service if you encounter problems.

You should be extremely cautious before engaging with this company, the communications are non existent, beefed up prices and then lies and excuses before you get nothing,.

Scam company. They take your money and provide terrible filthy products they do not provide refunds. Flouting the law. They also trade as colouredbathrooms. Check Trust pilot reviews for the real perspective as there are a lot of identical positive reviews on here and some other sites. They still owe me money and I've reported them to trading standards.

Very helpful so many colours to choose from! We didnt want a white suite and visited to pick out a toilet and basin in yellow primrose for down stairs cloakroom and we also ordered a new bath to match in champagne in our main bathroom. Very polite and knowledgeable - great products.

Having sent pictures of the sink required they took my money and said it would be delivered next week. Goods never arrived. Eventually spoke to someone after several attempts to get them to answer the phone. Then they weren’t sure if it was sent out or not, eventually said it wasn’t the correct sink. After about 4 weeks they sent pictures of a sink which they said had manufacturing faults but they could fix them. The biggest problem was that it had a single central hole for the tap, our requirement was for two tap holes and was clearly shown on the original photographs sent to them. When I emailed (As now the phone was never answered) cancelling my order as they clearly did not have the sink ordered and asked for a refund they ignored me, despite sending 3 emails requesting a refund. The only way I got the money back was by using Section 75 of Credit Card act. Do not touch this company they portray themselves to be a big company but appear to be a one man band who cannot be trusted.Moreexpand_more

Discontinued Bathrooms had a panel made for me in whisper pink - I fits the bath beautifully and is better then I had before. Third time I have order from them and would recommended them great service and products.

Great company, helped me work out what make my toilet was and fast delivery thanks again.
