At Direct Piling, we offer a rang of piling solutions tailored to the demands of each project, ensuring stability compliance and cost-efficiency. Out methods include both driven and boring piling techniques. Driven piles involve displacing soil using preformed steel or concrete piles, ideal for rapid installation and load-bearing performance in granular soils. Bored piles, on the other hand are formed by drilling into the ground and filling the void with reinforced concrete, making the suitable for sites with limited access or where minimal vibration is crucial. We also handle foundation construction. All our methods comply with industrial standards, and we adapt our approach depending on site-specific conditions, ground investigations and client requirements, ensuring the most effective piling solution is applied.
Direct Piling specialises in a variety of piling methods to suit different site conditions and structural requirements.
Mini Piles are ideal for restricted access sites or areas with low headroom, providing reliable support where traditional rigs can't operate. Micro Piles are even smaller in diameter often used for strengthening existing foundations, particularly in sensitive or built-up environments.
CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling is a non-displacement method that uses hollow-stemmed auger to drill into the ground while concrete is pumped under pressure, ideal for sites requiring minimum vibration and noise. SFA (Sectional Flight Auger piling is similar but uses segmented augers, making it a strong choice for sites, with restricted access where continuous auger rigs can't be used.
In addition to piling, we also construct a full range of reinforced foundations including ground beams which tie individual piles together, ring beams which form a closed loop of structural support around a building's perimeter and raft slabs that distribute loads evenly over soft or variable ground. These foundation systems are designed in conjunction with engineers to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability.0 FreeIndex Reviews
