I also offer Workplace and Family mediation and workshops covering a wide range of issues-please contact for more details.
The first, no obligation, meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and see if what I offer fits with what you are looking for. The first session will last for one hour further sessions last for 50 minutes.

Diane is an Accredited and Registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and holds a Diploma in Embodied Relational Therapy and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
As a Counsellor, she enjoys providing authentic, compassionate, challenging and insightful support as she journeys with her clients through a variety of challenges they face. Diane believes that with the right tools and support, everyone can live life contented.
She has worked in the area of Therapeutic Counselling since 1998 and has experience in group work, teaching, supervision and mediating workplace and family conflict resolution. Additional training she has done includes weight management, group work and teaching adult learners. Diane has experience working with individuals, couples and families; counselling a variety of issues including, abuse, relationships, stress/anxiety, depression, anger management, self esteem, grief and loss and a variety of other life transitional issues.
As a facilitator, Diane has a supportive, respectful approach and thrives on group work experience. She works to create a dynamic, warm, funny and interesting learning environment and motivates participants to identify skills they can utilise, to enable them to build greater resilience and better self awareness.
