Diamond Oven Clean

Oven is now spotless and gleaming. The work was done speedily and with care. I'll definitely use Diamond Oven Cleaning again.

# # DO NOT HIRE – TOOK MY MONEY AND LEFT WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK # #. I called to book a 2h oven cleaning appointment on 24th Sept for Glasgow West-End and was advised to have cash ready. I explained that I was a landlord and would have my new tenant pay on my behalf to be reimbursed later. Unfortunately, my tenant (a foreign student) then rang to tell me her bank account had not been set up yet to withdraw in the UK. 1 hour prior to the appointment, I rang DiamondOvenClean to explain the situation and offered to do a bank transfer for the full amount including parking. I transferred the money in full and told them to call me back immediately if the money hadn’t arrived. According to my tenant they left after 20mins without warning me. They had taken my money in full and didn’t even attempt to clean. I tried to ask to arrange another appointment and even offered to pay parking again for their troubles. The woman with whom I spoke was very rude and accused me of “wasting her time”. And said that they needed cash (which is true) however, they had technically already agreed to a bank transfer before even doing the work. I have lost £80 and then had to spend an additional £105 to hire a more professional cleaning company. Graeme came this morning to clean my rather neglected oven and I can't believe the transformation its like a brand new oven including the grill pan which is sparkling. Graeme worked for roughly 2 hours and the results are remarkable I have booked again for nxt year. Graeme himself was chatty and easy going and extremely tidy no mess what so ever left behind. I would definately recommend this service it was excellent value for money.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a very prompt response to my enquiry via the website, Janice was so friendly and helpful in the phone, Graeme arrived bang on time and got stuck in to my badly neglected ovens. The appliances really were in a state, now they genuinely look like new. I’m particularly impressed by the absence of any nasty smells, no toxic cleaners are used. Everything was tidied up and debris taken away, leaving the whole kitchen in a much better state. I’ll definitely use Diamond again.

Just moved in. Oven, hob and cooker hood were top quality Smeg but hadn't been seriously cleaned since new, about five years earlier. Now they look new. Excellent professional service. No mess, great value, great guy. Highly recommended.

Having a new kitchen fitted and the oven was only bought last year…. So I decided to look up cleaning companies. I looked at diamond clean and was very impressed by their reviews so I booked them. Came out exactly the date and time…. Worked away on my hide and slide oven and completely transformed it! Even my sons thought the grill pan was always black until diamond clean worked their magic…. It was grey! Very friendly and professional service with top classG results… even my kitchen fitters took some flyers as they couldn’t believe it was the same oven… it looks brand new! And a fabulous price too! Thank you so much and would happily recommend.

Fantastic job done on our two ovens, and hot drawers. We run a guest house so our equipment gets plenty of use. Can honestly say this was the best we have had and will definitely recommend and use them again thanks Graham and Janice for your very professional sevice.

Graham of Diamond Oven clean did an absolutely amazing job on my oven and extractor filter. It now looks brand new again. It's a Neff that is designed with an air vent between the outer and inner toughened glass oven door. As well as burned on material on the walls base and racks, I had spilled some liquid that found its way in between the doors glass panels and got burned on. I read the Neff handbook on how to dismantle and reassemble the separate components of the door and its was double dutch to me. Graham was familiar with it and dealt with it brilliantly. I would thoroughly recommend the company and am recommending them to all my friends who like me, hate cleaning the oven.

I recently bought my flat and the oven was manky, however Diamond oven clean did an excellent job of making it spotless, it now looks good as new! Very quick and efficient service, would happily recommend to anyone looking to get their oven cleaned!

I thought that the oven in my new flat would have to be replaced as it was black inside and there were signs that something had caught fire inside and melted part of the oven housing. Diamond Oven Clean did an amazing job, at reasonable cost, and the oven now looks like new. I highly recommend them for the quality and value of their service.

Fantastic service with a smile! I have a smeg 5 burner. Top wasn't too dirty but the burners were brown and the grates were black. After the clean the burners were lovely and clean and the grates are back to being grey. The oven was sparkling and the shelves were much cleaner than they were. Not perfect but it was explained that age creates some rust. But still happy. The glass wasn't able to be removed because one of the screws wouldn't unscrew but I was still satisfied. This oven hasn't been cleaned on this scale for at least 15 years. Very happy !

Agent turned up on time as agreed, polite, friendly and helpful. Oven sparkling clean at the finish, a great job well done by the agent. Would highly recommend and great value for the money.

First class service from DOC. It was very easy to arrange an appointment and they were here on time. It took just under 2 hours to transform my double oven. Very professional, oven looks amazing now. Will be booking again in 6 months. Will be recommending to family and friends.

I am absolutely over the moon. My grandparents have a really old cooker about 12/13 years old that they kindly gave to me for my new flat and I have never seen it look so new. I done all my research before hiring DOC and found that the cooker has had some elemal removed from previous cleaning products. I knew as the cooker was so old with these issues that they may have one or 2 little marks that's unfixable (sorry Mrs graham I find your review unjustified) I don't normally leave a review but I was just so pleased I felt it was worth letting other people know what great service DOC offers. I couldn't put any faults on my service and would most definitely recommend to friends and family. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DOC ? .
